Was searching for new places to grab a pizza tonight and always meant to try you guys. The presentation of the pie was great and the texture and flavor floored us. Thanks so much and we’ll be back

Hours aren't accurate. Started mopping the floors around our barstool at 9:15 on Saturday. Kicked us (and 6 other people) out at 9:40 while the Steeler game was on.

Love this place. Found out it has all the German Biers that are so hard to find. Fair and reasonable prices also. Forgot to ask if they have the only domestic beer I drink. Narragansett? So easy now when I visit family from 500 miles away. Keep up the fantastic job.

One of my go-to places in New Kensington. As the name suggests, the drink selection is excellent. You are able to mix and match beers and create your own 6 pack to go, which is an awesome way to try new beers. The food is also excellent, I really enjoy their pizza, wings, and sandwiches. The deck outside is also a great place in the summer to have a few drinks.

Never had bad food, until last week. Food was not hot, but not cold. I let it slide. Tonight was different. Had the nachos for an appetizer. They were good as usual. After seeing 3 tables behind us get their food, I'd had enough. Was given what I saw as a lame excuse. Told them to keep the food, just bring me the check.

I’ve been to House of 1000 Beers a few times and each time I go I always say I’m never going there again. This time I mean it. Although the food is pretty good, the service is absolutely terrible. I took my wife on a Saturday evening at 8:30pm. Conveniently the pizza oven was down, we came for the pizza … oh well. So we ordered a couple of drinks which took at least 10 minutes to bring to us…. We were in the bar.. not a far walk for the waitress. When my wife’s beer arrived we discovered it had expired.. I always check the labels. So that took another 10 minutes to replace. The food we ordered finally got to our table and it was very good. We didn’t finish the food so we boxed it up and went home.

I don’t know if the service stinks due to lack of effort or if closing time being 2 hours away caused the staff to take a mental vacation. I feel bad for the owner of this business. Their employees are not putting in adequate effort.

Food was great, and the service was excellent. It's not fancy and limited space to eat in. A ton of beer choices for inhouse and to go!!!
