The chicken is always great and crispy. The mashed potatoes are always excellent. The biscuits are so tasty and moist. The inside could use some cleaning. They forgot a meal and the butter, but they were friendly and helpful.

We just ordered 16 original pieces and waited for a new batch. When we got home with the bucket, the chicken was not completely done and we had to put in oven to finish cooking. The skin is sliding off and very messy.

Ordered for delivery, missing half my order, my drink was so watered down, my food was freezing like it’s been sitting for over 2 hours. I’ve always had issues with this specific KFC and the girls are always rude as hell when you go throu the drive-thru. I will NOT be going back

The very first and last time I will visit this kfc location. I ordered a 3pc tender combo and pot pie via mobile app but when I arrived, I was told by the manager that the oven wasn't working and they didn't pull out any tenders from the freezer because it's the day after Christmas. It's so absurd. Who makes up an excuse like that? Basically they were too lazy to do it. Total bs to me. I'll go to the Penn hills or Monroeville kfc from now on.

Ordered 16 piece meal live about 25 minutes away. All pieces were burnt and dried out. Manager has a very condescending attitude. Won't recommend that place.

Update 9/26/24: Wanted to give place a second chance. Made an online order but order was cancelled at the store probably due to poor review from before. Place went out of business before and it won't be soon enough for when it goes out of business a 2nd time ✌️

Well I've been going to KFC because I love it , it's a real treat for us. But sorry to say this KFC was really really bad . Every time we went there we got bad products and the orders were missing or were completely wrong. And I would try to go through bag when I picked it up but it was knotted closed. There were at least 4 workers one guy and girls that had to be on drugs because they were looking rough and were always meeting outside away from the building. My husband told me everyone at his office was saying don't go there, but I tried to have an open mind. I don't know how they stayed in business. But this last time my husband asked for a favorite bowl so I said I'll just go in and order. It looked like all those druggies were gone and new pretty faces who were very nice and professional. Got my order in no time and it was all there hot and delicious. I hope this continues, but always check to make sure your stuff is all there.
Used drive through for quick lunch...and ended up waiting for food. The workers were very apologetic for delay and doing the best they could to keep up.I will be going again when I am in the area.

Employees are very rude food isn't that good so greasy now takes forever to get your food and your the only 1 in the drive thru line n no1 is in the store but the mouths on the employees is reckless and their additudes shoot you don't like your job then don't show up other people need a job that would be better with customers and not have a additude about everything

Ordered a chicken sandwich that had so much mayo on it that you could barely tell there was chicken. It was literally swimming in it mayo, one of the most disgusting things i've ever laid eyes on.
Oh and they forgot my sauces.

7/16/24 at 7:11pm , the place was dead. Got the 8pc chicken and it was good but wanted fries and was told we have no fries. I worked in a lot of kitchens and never did we run out of food. That's not very good Management. They girl at the window was very rude and needs more training on how to be nice to all people.

This is the worst KFC and the only reason I ever come here is to sate my partner's infrequent urges for mashed potatoes. If I could help it I wouldn't even drive by it it's so garbage. No one inside seems to give two craps about anything and I don't think they've ever remembered sauces or straws.
