Ordered online for pickup at a set time. Pulled up to the drive through and told them I was there for my order. Guy told to me to come up to the window or walk in. Had my son in the car so I was unable to go inside so I waited the extra 10 minutes in line to get to the window(which was also 10 minutes past my pickup time). When I got to the window the employee told me it would be better to come inside. I told her I had my kid in the car and couldn’t come in. She looked at me in disgust, checked my back seat to make sure I wasn’t lying and then closed the window. Waiting another 10-15 minutes watching her shake her head like I was an inconvenience. If your order isn’t going to be ready until over 20 minutes past what it was supposed to be, then the app shouldn’t tell you a time. And if they don’t even start your order until you get to the actual window, then drive through shouldn’t be an option for pickup.

The Manager Alise at this location is awful. Shes rude and unprofessional and cusses at her customers. But does not care because the location is short staffed so she does not get reprimanded.

Fish and chicken were great. Hush puppies are the best. Friendly service. Root beer is always better than conventional carbonated soda fountain.
