Panda used to be the best around but now the food is lacking greatly. Ever since covid the just arent good. Ill take the Asian Kitchen all day now and they are cheaper and bigger portions.

I am highly disappointed with my experience. Not only did I get sick after a few bites, but I also found hair and brittle aluminum in the Sesame chicken, raising serious concerns about what else might have been in it. Kevin and Mandy assured me I would receive a refund, but I have yet to receive it. This situation needs to be addressed immediately.

The General Tso’s was probably the worst I’ve had . Chicken was either grey in some pieces or fatty . The sauce tasted good but did not have enough for a proper coating of the chicken . I hoped the rice would make up for it but it was just as disappointing by being too soft and felt mushy . The only thing I was satisfied with was the sauce and the price . I really hoped more from this place with all of the good reviews. Must have been an off day unfortunately.

The food was too greecy. They had no gloves on . And even worse didn't even use hand sanitizer. The restaurant has dead bugs on the ground and on the chair. The staff were nice but were very loud. And we're yelling. I'll just say I'm contacting the state health department.
The quality isn't the same as it used to be... Am I getting leftovers?

The food was great, and so was the service (besides them putting our food in a literal box to carry it all). The atmosphere was, alright, to say the least. There's not much to look at in there, but it's definitely a hidden gem of New Ken either way.
