Pizza is fine. Online ordering could use some work. Last time I used it, didn't tell me there was a more than an hour wait until after the order was completed. Would have been really great to know that bit of info before committing funds.

I never had Papa Johns pizza before. We tried the Shaqaroni and it was amazing! The crust was just right, the sauce and cheese were VERY good, and the pepperoni was excellent. We have a new favorite pizza place!

Please tell your employees not to badger customers for tips. I picked up one day and the employee behind the counter exclaimed loudly " No tip!!?" Even though I had in fact left a tip they just couldn't find it on the receipt. When they found it they were again upset at the amount of the tip which was over 20% of the total. For counter service not delivery.

I truly hate to ever complain about food.. tonight we ordered a regular cheese pizza and it arrived very quickly, cold and like it had been sitting for awhile.. on top of being cold it was a very thin crust pizza.. which we didn’t order. And it didn’t have the garlic sauce on the side like it usually does :(
