Easily the most poorly managed ice facility in the Pittsburgh area. Potential front runner even for the most poorly run business in general in Western Pennsylvania.
This place has two sheets of ice that are its livelihood and the operators can’t manage or invest in it appropriately. The rinks are always down, the Zamboni doesn’t always work, or they just simply don’t know how to make a schedule.
And don’t even get me started on the person that runs their adult league programs. No one is more out of touch with the people who actually use this facility than the people who run it.
Any small business owner/operator can see that this place needs SERIOUS help and that it can’t be run from some Muppet behind a chair in Delmont

Omg absolutely amazing staff could not do enough for us also food was brilliant. We felt like we was welcome by everyone. Would highly recommend this place and and we will definitely be back. There was 10 of us and no issues at all.

The kids meals are excellent my Granddaughter had nuggets and chips very good value. The staff are very attentive and although the place was very busy the service was excellent. Lovely family atmosphere

We had a meal here for my friends hen party, there was 21 of us in total and the staff were amazing. The service can not be faulted and nothing was to much trouble for them. The food was simply amazing as always and everyone completed how much they enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful evening and we look forward to the new restaurant opening! We will see you again very soon thanks again

Service was second to none, staff very friendly and explained the dishes. Food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection, tasted so nice. Such a great atmosphere.

My family recently had a birthday party here. the staff was attentive,friendly, and accommodating. The rink was busy with ice hockey but we were still treated exceptionally well. we had the large party room that we fit 30 people in comfortably. We look forward to future celebrations at Pittsburgh Ice!

We had a fabulous meal last night. As always nothing is too much trouble for the staff who go above and beyond to ensure your meal goes smoothly. We chose to share a Cold Mezze and the Meat Platter for 4, portions were more than generous (we needed leftovers boxing) and the quality of food was great. We left feeling like we had a real treat and our guests were very complimentary about our venue choice. If you are looking for somewhere you can trust to deliver high quality food and great service with good value for money then look no further.

We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast here. The food was both delicious and hot. Reasonably priced and so much choice. The lovely lady that looked after us was so nice. We will surely be revisiting this lovely establishment again very soon.

Walked past this place during the day and thought was just a burger bar. Went back at night based on Tripadvisor reviews. Was not disappointed. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff super friendly and helpful (had a fussy eater with us). Will definitely be back next time in town. Cannot recommend enough.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The price was good too for the amount of food served which was immense and cheaper and better than the other Turkish restaurant in the town that we have tried. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
