Im rating 1 star is every other subway ive been to the final step is to take a knife or spatula to hold down the ingredients and close the bread, this place multiple times now has just taken the bread with ingredients piled on it and just rolls that in the paper directly, it dumps out everything onto the paper, smears sauce all over the paper which it is then rolled in leaving a half filled wet sloppy ness of a sandwich which could have been perfect if they just took that last 5 second step to actually close the sandwich. Otherwise the people are nice, service is fast, the shop is clean, the ingredients taste tresh, this place could be just as good as any other subway if they just learned to close their sandwiches properly

When I walk into a store and im told there are 2 online orders ahead of you, I find that extremely disrespectful. I guess my money really wasn't wanted. 10 mins later I was not served I left. Sorry. You lose. Don't waste your time or money.

They need to pay attention when their meatballs are getting low. This is 3 times mow that we have stopped in there to get a meatball hoagie and there were out of meatballs.

Very nice quiet subway. Great staff and they do extra stuff like fake flower arrangements on the tables as a nice spring decor on their own design and initiative!
The bread was fresh, the chicken teriyaki sub was amazing, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean.5 stars!

Store owner doesn’t care about customer service or keeping a staffed and clean location. I had someone make me a sandwich and cut herself with the knife (drawing blood) before slicing through the sandwich and continue to use the same knife to finish cutting my wrap and used the same knife for anyone who ordered after me. The store manager reached out to me and said their policy is to immediately throw away the knife and remake any sandwiches involved and neither of those things were done during my experience. I was told some form of compensation would be mailed to me which never happened. I’ve followed up via email three times now just to be ignored. Absolutely never going back to this location.
