They need to pay attention when their meatballs are getting low. This is 3 times mow that we have stopped in there to get a meatball hoagie and there were out of meatballs.

Store owner doesn’t care about customer service or keeping a staffed and clean location. I had someone make me a sandwich and cut herself with the knife (drawing blood) before slicing through the sandwich and continue to use the same knife to finish cutting my wrap and used the same knife for anyone who ordered after me. The store manager reached out to me and said their policy is to immediately throw away the knife and remake any sandwiches involved and neither of those things were done during my experience. I was told some form of compensation would be mailed to me which never happened. I’ve followed up via email three times now just to be ignored. Absolutely never going back to this location.

They have mice and ants all over the place. They never clean anything, there is always trash and debris all over the floor and nothing ever taste “fresh”. They use the same dirty knives to cut sandwiches all day. The whole place just looks sticky lol. No wonder they can’t keep employees
