they do not care about online order i repeat they do NOT care about online orders, they will do them last even if they are in order they will leave it for last and you wont get your food for 1-2 hours. ive had MULTPLE problems with this

I waiting 30 minutes IN STORE for a mobile order i did from home. They served customers that walked in, ordered from the kiosk, and got their food before me… i was the last person left so they asked me about my food. 30 minutes after my order 10 minutes before… and the manager said so what… maybe its b/c i was the only black customer 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Every single time I’ve come here the past like 6 months it’s a bare minimum of 30 min wait and I tried again yesterday… I placed a mobile order while at the Pittsburgh mills Walmart before leaving, I was still at the store for an hour waiting and it’s not like you can leave the drive through either.

If you’re willing to wait an hour for taco hell, this is the place to go! Im typing this while in the drive through, i think tonight they're doing pretty good averaging about 1 car for every 15 minutes. Regardless of how long they take they’re still going to mess your food up, at least 2 things will be wrong, and don't even bother going inside to try and get it fixed because they will not acknowledge you.
It's 11pm at night and I received the best Taco Bell I've ever had in my life! The chips and queso are hot and fresh. The crunch wrap supreme is definitely supreme! And the gentleman at the window this evening was so friendly and polite. I wish I lived in the area because I'd be coming here all the time!

The lady at the cash register was very, very rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure why she gave my sister attitude when she showed the proof that my father had a mobile order, and she claimed she couldn't do anything and she was very sassy and rude. I wasn't there in person but my sister told me about it so whoever that old lady was needs talked to because... yikes!
