Do not eat here when there is an old skinny dude working on the food. He messes up literally everything, anything you order will have DRAMATICALLY more sauce on it than it should and be more of a mess than something you could find in their bathrooms.

I walked into Taco Bell in new Kensington last night to place an order that’s right, I don’t have drive through and get it. I’ll get off my ass and get it personally. I see five people in the back that I presume work there. Some on their cell phones, and other socializing with each other???? One guy in the back sitting counting money and nobody at the register. OK so I make my selection on the computer scree and choose my form of payment to be cash and enter. I’m waiting for about two minutes nobody comes up to collect???? so I voiced myself, does anybody works here? They look at me like a bunch of Dumbo’s? Like they don’t know what to do. A young man came up to the register and asked me what I needed. I said to pay the bill. He said I don’t have the code for the register.This store is a joke. I hollered, cancel the order and I went to Natrona Heights TB. Learn how to manage his store, it’s gonna go out of business man there’s more to your customers and people driving through.

Says breakfast on the sign... walk in and asked and worker is like we don't have breakfast.... so why are you opened at 9am, have a sign that says breakfast and don't do the breakfast. This is such a horrible location that I drive to the monroeville location 10 miles away when this is down the road.

Stop there Saturday night.Waited one hour in the drive through with only five cars in front of me Got home and looked at my food. There was absolutely no steak in My burrito. And the manager I believe is on drugs.He starts screaming At me for no Reason .
Me and my boyfriend went here around 12:00, march 13th. The gay guy taking our order was very rude and felt like he was rushing us because he hated his job. If you can’t work in costumer service and maintain a good attitude.. THEN DONT WORK IN COSTUMER SERVICE!!!
Oh and all my tacos are soggy…☹️

I really hate to say it but the staff the woman is to drive through is tremendously nice just everybody else in the kitchen you can hear their conversations and they weren't 11-year-old friendly but it's Taco Bell the food still good

The length of time for a small meal was rediculous! 20 minutes for a dine in order!! 😡
I am a dasher we can’t pick up orders from the drive through which is understandable BUT I stood in an empty lobby for 15 minutes with no help even tried to grab the attention of a worker and no one there paid attention, I watched them set the order I was picking up on the shelf and look at me and walk away. I finally decided to go through the drive thru and the lady caught and attitude with me and over the speaker, said I had to come back in to pick it up. This seems to only be the morning shift that are rude…the high school workers run it better which is crazy

Wheelchair accessibility: they have a concrete ramp so wheelchairs can easily access the door from the parking lot
