Me and my boyfriend went here around 12:00, march 13th. The gay guy taking our order was very rude and felt like he was rushing us because he hated his job. If you can’t work in costumer service and maintain a good attitude.. THEN DONT WORK IN COSTUMER SERVICE!!!
Oh and all my tacos are soggy…☹️

I really hate to say it but the staff the woman is to drive through is tremendously nice just everybody else in the kitchen you can hear their conversations and they weren't 11-year-old friendly but it's Taco Bell the food still good

The length of time for a small meal was rediculous! 20 minutes for a dine in order!! 😡
I am a dasher we can’t pick up orders from the drive through which is understandable BUT I stood in an empty lobby for 15 minutes with no help even tried to grab the attention of a worker and no one there paid attention, I watched them set the order I was picking up on the shelf and look at me and walk away. I finally decided to go through the drive thru and the lady caught and attitude with me and over the speaker, said I had to come back in to pick it up. This seems to only be the morning shift that are rude…the high school workers run it better which is crazy

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY UNWELCOMING AND RUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME IN.
Wheelchair accessibility: they have a concrete ramp so wheelchairs can easily access the door from the parking lot

Order 6 tacos and ask for taco sauce and the kid puts 0 sauces in my takeout order. One of the reasons I rarely order taco bell!

Walked in stood there nobody working the counter no note that says you have to use the kiosk kitchen people just running around no hello know I'll be right with you so I just left
To be honest, I can't say that this Taco Bell has anything that makes it stand out above any other Taco Bell you've ever been to. If you like Taco Bell then you'll like this place. The service is usually very good for the times that I'm in there. They are fast professional and I've never had a problem. On a plus note, in this area they are open until 2:00 a.m. during the weekday for you late night workers.

The experience as a whole was great the store wont take orders over the counter I understand this to a certain degree but at the same time this should not be mandated of your going to pull this you might as well not have the dining room alot of people do not like the kiosk it takes too long to customize the order
