“Attended a funeral at RJ Slaters funeral home, 12 of us went there between viewing times and had great service and the food order was done quickly. Everyone enjoyed their food and the people from Virginia never even seen a whole chicken wing. It was a great weather day and a few of us even walked the block to get there..“

Their Pad kee Mao is my favorite dish, the flat rice noodles hold the flavor amazingly and this is also the first Thai place I've ever encountered that a 10/10 spice is too much for me. 6-7 is so rich with spice without the overwhelming heat. The burger was juicy and grilled to perfection. The loaded fries had a remarkable homemade cheese sauce and fresh cooked bacon. The boneless chicken chunks were very fresh with mouth watering sauces of honey barbecue and Tai Sweet Chili. My husband said the Cajun Chicken Mac was the best he has ever had. The people were so kind, understanding, and accommodating and did everything they could to try to make our visit possible. From giving us the choice of where we'd feel most comfortable to sit, to offering cartoons and crayons. They even made up a batch of fries before we came in so our son would have something to eat as soon as we sat down. “My husband and I have been going to the Village Inn for many years now. Everything we have eaten there has been so delicious from sandwiches to great Italian Food . My favorite is the stuffed crabmeat mushroom appetizer, bruschetta and Chicken Romano. The meatballs and pasta are so good. My favorite dessert is the Tiramisu. They spun my vinyl records, played a movie that went along with the theme of my party and created a signature cocktail for my guests. I would strongly recommend having any of your functions at Inner Groove brewery.“

“I don't drink so I don't frequent bars often. This is the 2nd time in a year I've stopped her, it was my birthday and just didn't want to be alone.
The young lady bartender happened to be the same one from like 6 months ago.

She recommended the Peach Margarita and it was delicious. Drank two and had a decent buzz going.

I waited for my food and when it came, it was flawless. I mean, for bar food.....its bar food but that shit was actually phenomenal.

All in all.....this young lady bartender makes me feel so welcome and not a bother at all..I would go back just because whoever that girl is on this 9/30/24 evening around makes me feel welcome and like she's happy I'm there.

Their wings are fantastic.

Edit: to put it in perspective, I first went to Carl's (nothing against Carl's).....i ordered a Guiness Draft and she must've heard Yeungling(spelling), so she gave me a glass of Yeungling. I'm too nice to say she messed up, I started to think maybe I did say Yeungling BUT HATE IT Why whould I say it? I don't even drink.

So my pathetic self sat there and tried to drink it. I took 3 or 4 sips, left a 2 or 3 dollar tip and walked out with nowhere else to go. Then I remembered how nice the bartender was at RoseCliff.....and could you believe, IT WAS HER AGAIN.

I've been married 18 years and I'm sure I'm much older than her so it's nothing weird like that but she is naturally kind and doesn't make me feel dumb because I'm not an alcoholic that knows about all the alcohol.

Whoever she is......pay her. Keep her. I don't know her name but I'm the guy that came in alone and got 2 peach margaritas, French dip and 6 wings to go. I added the "well done" to the wings late after I already ordered and them wings WERE PERRRRRRRRRRRRRFECTLY overcooked. No joke. Gotta bring my daughter next time (adult daughter)“

Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. “I placed a takeout order at the Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh) location on 3/29, around 5pm. I live in SE Virginia and my son’s father lives in Aspinwall, we were meeting 1/2 way in Maryland for spring break so I asked him if he’d pick up and take out order for me at the FC restaurant, and bring it with him and our son. (Nothing in my area compares to Aladdin’s!!). When I called, an amazing woman answered the phone, I asked ONLY if they could put the sauce on the side for my Shawarma so it wasn’t soggy 8 hours later when I’d be home to eat! Without second thought, she offered to make both of the Shawarma’s “deconstructed” with everything separate so I could “build” the wraps myself!! I also ordered the Dawali! When my ex handed me the bag and went to the cooler to get my food, I noticed what the crew had done…. They put everything in separate takeout containers and even wrote instructions on the Dawali container for me to heat, when I got home!! Everything was separate and the amount of extra time that was spent on the order was above and beyond!! It may seem simple, but for them to take the time and effort to make sure my food was just as good as it would have been if I ate in the store was really refreshing!! So THANK YOU to the Fox Chapel location for packing my order with such attention and my ex will be bringing a cooler with Shawarma’s and Diwali’s each time we meet in Maryland!!!“
