Cold nuggets and overcooked fries. Had to wait for the supervisor to finish her personal conversation with the kid, whose arm was in a sling and already moving slow, to get our food. No idea why it took so long since the food was obviously not heated up. Literally went to take a bite and spit it out. Chewing on rubber.

We placed a mobile order 17 minutes before closing time because we knew we would be cutting it close & didn’t want to order at the speaker 5 minutes before closing time, so we placed a mobile so that they could prepare the food and all that they had to do was hand the food to us once we got there. (I worked in fast food, so I understand). However, when we arrived, we sat in the line for about 12 minutes which obviously put us over closing time. Eventually, a heavier-set woman with glasses (potentially supervisor, and I didn’t catch a name) walked out and said to me & my group “respectfully guys, 4 minutes before close, don’t do that, we want to go home.” In which I responded, “we placed it almost 20 minutes ago and have been waiting in line for 12.” She then kept making smart remarks and rolling her eyes and just being overall bitchy.” The other 2 guys that were working were telling her to stop and saw how rude she was being to us, for no reason. Respectfully, my group & I are all young adults and have jobs, and we have all experienced working overtime or working until the very last minute of our jobs, whether we wanted to or not. I understand wanting to get out of your job on time, but until midnight, the store is open. We were all just shocked to be treated the way we were by her.

Two people working their tails off, one having a drama queen meltdown because they were busy. I don't even bother complaining about that stuff anymore, it's so hard to find good workers, I understand.

I walked in ordered my food. I go to get my drinks. The soda fountain was producing hot pop. None of the staff would fix the issue because they were to busy worrying about a door dash issue. They would not even stop to give me ice. How hard is it to take care of your walk in customers first?

Automated kiosk replaces human contact. It is not faster, just convient for the staff.

They need to hire a dedicated door dash person. They currently have the front desk prioritizing door dash orders, so you can be standing there for 30+ minutes without them addressing the in store customers

I would’ve gladly rated the food and atmosphere too, but the service gets an overall one star. Idk if the hours listed are immaculate but I showed up an hour before the listed close time and they weren’t open. Idk how to close this out but yea, big womp on me :/

This is easily one of the worst fast food places I've ever been. Sometimes their fries are good but that's the only positive thing I can say about this location

Very poor service, my order was all wrong they forgot a frosty had to go back. I called the manager he said they would replace the entire order go back n the girls manager was very rude n refused to place entire order when my entire order was wrong.
Worst Wendy's ever, slow as can be, customer service is terrible, you wait forever for everything. Honestly this place needs a whole new management and team.
Order a burger, no cheese, got home plain burger, and bread called to let them know. A person who answered said you have a complaint. Well, I'm busy he the phone

This Wendy's location has the worst service of any fast food restaurant that I've gone to. At drive thru always am told to take a minute to look at menu, and it's a very long minute. Can never just order immediately. Takes entirely too long too receive service and my order. Several times have gone inside to order only to be ignored as if I'm invisible. Workers seem to just ignore customer. Pretty much everyone working at this Wendy's needs serious customer service training.

First thing, they apologized for being under staffed. I waited a long time for my order...my entire lunch time from work. The cashier was super friendly & nice.
