This is easily one of the worst fast food places I've ever been. Sometimes their fries are good but that's the only positive thing I can say about this location

Very poor service, my order was all wrong they forgot a frosty had to go back. I called the manager he said they would replace the entire order go back n the girls manager was very rude n refused to place entire order when my entire order was wrong.

This Wendy's location has the worst service of any fast food restaurant that I've gone to. At drive thru always am told to take a minute to look at menu, and it's a very long minute. Can never just order immediately. Takes entirely too long too receive service and my order. Several times have gone inside to order only to be ignored as if I'm invisible. Workers seem to just ignore customer. Pretty much everyone working at this Wendy's needs serious customer service training.

First thing, they apologized for being under staffed. I waited a long time for my order...my entire lunch time from work. The cashier was super friendly & nice.

When u see an employ yelling he is turning in he two week notice and he hates it here you know your in trouble. Long line and frustrated customers. I left and went some where else down the road

When I I asked for service they said they didn't have the staff to give me service that I would have to leave. Went to window asked for maniger. She walked up shut and locked the drivethrough window. I went in side where two cashiers yelled at me and threaten to lay thier hands on me and through me out. I was not disruptive I just asked for the managers name. They continued with thier threats. Kinda wish they would of cause I have lawyers. Finally the manager who had no control of her staff gave me her name wiel trying to tell her staff to go back to work. Of course they had no respect for thier manager and continued to threaten me.. a corporate complaint has been files. I also emplored them to review the security footage for the incident. Worst Wendy service i have ever had. Go somewhere else do not eat here.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before going in, then once we went in, it took 10 minutes for someone to help us. Something about a sink being broken? Then we get home & I take a bite out of my burger & there’s a long black hair in between the bun & cheese. So gross.
