Worst wingstop I've ever been too workers rude told me not accepting walk ins because there was only two people working but I could soor dash it does that mean hat door dash is cooking the wings need new management

Doordash driver ruined my order and made it cold but I couldnt get a refund through the app. Sarah went out of her way to make things right for us. Outstanding service and the food was delicious as always. Dont listen to the Karen's with the low stars. Always a family favorite.

ordered food on door dash, received it with the correct sticker on the outside of the bag and the food inside was completely wrong. attempted to call the store to tell them what had happened and ask if they could make it again for me to pick up. manager got on with an attitude from the get go, ended up hanging up on me. I tried to call again and she told me i was being rude, i asked her let me speak and she continued to talk over me telling me i had been speaking the whole time then hung up again. the customer service here is genuinely some of the worst i’ve ever experienced.

All of the employees seem to genuinely like their job and are all about making your food fresh. Rather than it be some reheated food it’s quality here. Friendly staff/Super clean and quality food. Provided me everything in my order etc.

When i called in my order, they placed me on hold twice, made me repeat my order 3 times. I got parm n garlic wings, well when i got home, wings had no flavoring on them, quess repeating myself 3 times didnt stick,
If this service keeps up they wont be open long.

Horrible customer service lady hung up on us. We placed an order online the website said our card declined but our card was charged we called to see if we could fix it. She got all smart from the beginning told us it was our fault we didn’t pick it up and then hung up.

Place has sucked since they opened but somehow they continue to get worse nobody speaks a lick of English half the time place can be a ghost town and they still take an hour to make a 3 piece combo the completely get the order wrong

Place was dead and still took them forever to get my food. Not to mention on the menu they had chicken tenders when I went to order them they claimed they don’t have those. Food was cold and barely had sauce on it.
