Doordash driver ruined my order and made it cold but I couldnt get a refund through the app. Sarah went out of her way to make things right for us. Outstanding service and the food was delicious as always. Dont listen to the Karen's with the low stars. Always a family favorite.

All of the employees seem to genuinely like their job and are all about making your food fresh. Rather than it be some reheated food it’s quality here. Friendly staff/Super clean and quality food. Provided me everything in my order etc.

I spent $32 here Saturday the 1st and my food was not made correctly, I spent extra money to have all flats and got everything but flats, the fries were not full like they’re supposed to be and they barely put any sauce on the chicken I got. I went to get a refund that day and was told I can’t because the manager wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow so I did and had my order written down and was told I’d get the money back by Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten it...
