Food is always good. They seem to be short staffed. The staff that is there does a good job but seem to be overwhelmed.

first of all, took our waiter 20 minutes to bring our drink, then took over an hour and a half just to bring our food. there was at max 6 other tables, not busy at all. got checked on maybe twice and had an empty drink most of the night.

Wife and I have been trying out new places. Just picked this out of the restaurants near me Hat. The service food and overall impression was good and would go here again. We did go on a Sunday but will definitely try again during the week.

We ordered the nacho grande. Was told delivery in 45-60 min. At 90 min I called. Was told mine was next. Driver went on a long delivery it would arrive in about 15 min. Called 30 min later and was told it was out for delivery. 10 min later I called again. Was told it would be here soon. I told them keep it. By this time I was aggravated. It arrived 2 min later. We were hungry. Food was good and worth the money size wise but it was only like warm and soggy. I doubt I'll order here again.

My wife and I came here the other day with our two kids and had some really good food. They don't have a kids menu but we were able to find food that they would eat. My wife and I will probably come back just the two of us, but I don't know if we'll bring our kids back, at least not for a few years. We will absolutely order food for pick up/takeout, especially the wings, they're fantastic!

Pizza for pick-up. No wax paper on the box. Pizza was stuck to the cardboard. Crust was/or appeared to be frozen, not fresh made dough. It was on par with $5 frozen, grocery store pizza. Staff if very nice.

Worst experience in a long time. We arrived around 4:30, it was not busy, there were only a few tables outside occupied so we went ahead and told the bartender we were there and sat ourselves. it started out fine, server came and took our drink order, then she came and took our food order and that when it all went downhill. We sat there with my empty drink for about 10 minutes before someone came and asked if we wanted another, and then our server brought them out. I told the mrs our appetizer we ordered was coming with the food because it had been too long boy was i wrong. The food finally came out and when i said we ordered Buffalo chicken balls she seemed surprised they never came out and asked us if we still wanted them, we said yes, maybe she should have checked on us properly. Then we realized we had no utensils or napkins so we waited and waited and finally the Mrs went in and asked for them. Fish on a dish I ordered was mediocre at best, the Mrs enjoyed her steak hoagie and then finally the Buffalo chicken balls came and they were OK, the ranch was really good. Instead of sticking around and having a few drinks like we normally would we dipped and will never return there.
