Had an altercation with another customer who was picking up a mobile order, the procedure on customers picking up mobile orders through the driver thru is not efficient in my personal opinion. The pick up person made a terrible scene and frustrated multiple people within the drive thru, it would have made more sense for the pick up person to park and either wait for curbside or walk in to pick up order, especially considering there were over a dozen other drive thru customers who had been waiting for quite a long time to go through. Overall the food/drinks are fine but the staff is often on the slower side even when the building doesn't appear to be busy. I understand there are a lot of factors to consider that the average consumer is not aware of but it is often a repeat scenario.

I’ve been coming here nearly everyday since they opened and I do have to say that they get my orders right every single time, which is uncommon cause I’m so extra with my orders?. Very thankful for the thoughtful staff and how quickly they’re able to help out.

The worst workers are the ones working today. I bought a hot coffee and they gave me a cold one and they didn’t understand me. I left the coffee shop and when I took the money, I was in a hurry because of the Uber.

A lot of the employees seem high. I’ve never waited in any drive-through longer, regardless of what time of day it is. Usually 10 to 15 minutes on average. They also screw up the order a lot. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

We stopped on a Sunday Aug 18. We waited at the counter for a few minutes and no one said a word to us there were several people working behind the counter but we were just ignored. We had no idea how long we would have to wait. While standing there looking at the few donuts left in the display case noticed there were flies all over some at the bottom. At that point we left probably a good thing the service was slow otherwise we may not have noticed the sanitation issues at this location.

Horrible flies on the doughnuts in the display case. Terrible customer service we were totally ignored by 5 staff who were only serving the drive thru customers. They didn't even ask acknowledge us with a greeting and to say we will be right with you. We waited a few minutes then just left.
Whilst I cannot much say about atmosphere, as all of my orders have been in the drive through, the staff (morning shift specifically as I only come through in the early morning) is excellent, being both skillful as well as pleasant. Food has never been disappointing being hot and delicious.

This Dunkin location is hit or miss. While I enjoy the convenience of having Dunk in New Oxford, the hassle is that this shop always seems to mess up my order. I'm either missing something. My drink is not made, or a sandwich is made wrong. The staff are friendly and always correct the mistakes.
