The workers here suck, they are rude, don’t great and get upset because you there picking up order. In my old days attitude like this would have gotten you punched in the face. Don’t matter if you busy or not have some damn customer service..

Customer service is horrible, I’ve been going there for a while & There is no customer service in the way they speak. Every time I go in there, it seems like they have an attitude. And this is coming from someone that is a manager in a restaurant .

This was by far the most disastrous and unacceptable experience I have ever had at any coffee shop. I walked in for something simple: a coffee and donuts. The total was $7.08. I waited patiently, but instead of respecting the order of customers, the staff pushed other people ahead of me and kept me waiting unnecessarily. That was the first sign of complete unprofessionalism.

When my turn finally came, they handed me only the coffee and completely ignored the donuts I had already paid for. When I asked about it, instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake, they had the audacity to charge me AGAIN — $3.38 more — as if I hadn’t already paid for them. This is not just careless, it’s borderline dishonest.

The level of disorganization, incompetence, and lack of respect for customers in this place is shocking. A business that cannot manage a basic coffee and donut order correctly, and even makes the customer pay twice, shows zero responsibility and zero regard for customer satisfaction.

This wasn’t just a mistake — it was a complete failure of customer service from start to finish. I left feeling frustrated, cheated, and disrespected. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place unless you want to waste your time, your money, and your patience.

When I mentioned to the manager that I missed the cake donut with chocolate frosting he said he could create one for me using old fashioned donuts. They were delicious!

My sandwiches turn out like this a lot. Bacon barely cooked but this time it’s especially bad with just one piece of balled up rubbery bacon. It’s frustrating spending money on food when no effort is put into making it. Hit or miss

For last few weeks to month coffee has tasted terrible. Very weak and watered down tasting…paid $4.50 for med iced coffee and could barely taste coffee more like iced water w tiny tiny coffee flavor…absolutely terrible done going here

This Dunkin' was awful! I've been to tons of Dunkins across the country, and this one was the absolute worst. The drive-thru speaker was terrible, I could barely hear them, and it took forever to get our order right.Our breakfast croissants had an unusual, chemical-like taste, although the donuts were quite good. My signature caramel craze latte was not very sweet, and my sweet tea seemed to lack sugar entirely. I really hope this experience at this Dunkin' Donuts doesn't color future visits.
