The service is horrible. They need someone at the front that knows what theyre doing. This is the 2nd time theyve told us 10 or 15 minutes only to get our food 40 mintues later. No clue how this place stays in business.

Stopped Saturday night a little over an hour before closing on our way home from Lancaster. The chairs were up and a girl was washing the floor. My daughter asked if they were open. She chuckled, gave no response, and went back to a guy who was bagging food behind the counter. We have ate here many times coming back from Lancaster but after Saturday night we're not going back. We went to another pizza shop on the way home and decided this will be the shop we stop at from now on because the restaurant was clean, the pizza was very good, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive.
We were visiting from out of town and ordered Italian & tuna Subs and calzones. The Subs were served on soft Flatbread style rolls with mayo even though we asked for oil. They were inedible the dog seemed to enjoy the meat at least. Fries were good and calzones were ok. Won't go back. Waited 30 minutes for our food and they acted like we were bothering them by being there. Very disappointing.

I have been going here for quite a while. The food and pizza have never been spectacular but it was good enough because there aren't many places. However, recently, I have noticed a couple things: one- you never know what the cost of your pizza is when ordering it...it is like they just make it up. The menu says one price and you get there and it is a totally different (higher) price...and they never tell you that on the phone. Two-the pizza has really gone down hill. It is never cooked enough. Not returning.

I have only gotten takeout here but the service is always pretty quick and the staff are really nice! Their Caesar salads with chicken are large and amazing. Love them! The chicken sandwiches are also super good!
Overall bad food and bad customer service. Do not spend your money here and do not order the Calamari.

Really bad service here. I had ordered Pizza and cheese Bread sticks and I go there and it was still not ready . I am coming from 20 mins away and food was not Ready Wow!!! Not even rocco's pizza in York Springs does this !!! Bad service ! I was in line and everyone that came in and got there order right away accept me. Racist place here!! Just remember that you people are not American's owner here !!!

I get a cheesesteak every time the Eagles win. Fortunately these guys are my closest option and make a darn good cheesesteak!! Pizza is good too. The staff is awesome. It is the perfect small town pizza shop!!
