The main sign said 20% off for mobile app orders. I’ve never used the app but that was enough to incentivize me to. I downloaded the app but there was nothing telling me to go to the “deals” section in order to get 20% off. Terrible experience at this location using the mobile app. It took 3-4 times longer than the drive through, you can’t order tap water, and I never got 20% off as advertised. My order total was $17.32, I will delete this entire review if someone gets me my $3.46 (20%).

This place has pleasant employees, and that helps. They might forget something from your order every now and then, but that's a difficult job. Lots to remember, and there's a neverending line! Their fries are epic ONLY WHEN HOT & FRESH.

Why are your doors closed at 6pm... waited quite awhile in drive thru for an Uber Eats pickup order. Could've just walked inside to avoid this mess... ugh.

The staff are young, unaware of their surroundings and ignorant, I often stand at the counter for minutes just waiting for someone to turn around so I can ask to get the sauce I was never given. Today I sat in line from 10:20am with ample time to place a Togo order so the fact that I didn’t get served breakfast is on me kinda, for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES, when I finally got to the order screen I sat and waited for the final 4 minutes before getting frustrated watching all the cars disappear in front of me and a car behind me, switch lanes, get their order taken, pull ahead and disappear, that I pulled forward and asked if the sensor was broken? The girl replied “The girl up front just doesn’t want to take orders”, frustrated I replied “yeah well I just sat in line for 25 minutes” and pulled off. I feel bad for lashing out at her but that was insane…

Oh and the food always sucks, no matter how busy or slow they are it’s always luke warm food that had its buttons reset way too many times. Just throw it away and stop serving it to people, do better.

$9.99 for the chicken Big Mac or $15.99 for the meal?? What a joke. I guess each location can choose the price because I went on the app and other locations were all cheaper! Like $3+ cheaper and it wasn’t any good. A sloppy cold mess. To top it off. The roll was stale. Instant regret

Will never come back to this McDonald’s… waited 20 minutes for food and its was cold… told them I wanted fresh food. Waited another five minutes and got half warm fries. Everybody in the waiting room bitching and complaining. Manager texting on her phone while orders are supposed to be being made. Just a terrible place.

Literally the worst McDonalds I have ever seen. Often do not communicate any sort of wait with their customers, I have been there when they closed randomly at 3pm with no explanation just leaving people to sit in the drive thru. They never fill my drinks up right and often never check the bags they give out, curbside wait always takes forever and I almost always have to say hello at the drive thru speakers because they don't know I'm there, or don't atleast acknowledge me.

If I could give less stars for this store in particular I would, the service altogether was terrible. I don’t often have much to complain about but, the quality of service just in the drive through alone was completely awful. Quick snap back responding and not taking enough care with customers in general could definitely be improved.

They don't have a refill station, and you've got to go up and ask. It's super annoying because no one really watches the front. Most people use the kiosk to order.

But employees were great. My table was dirty but the restaurant was pretty clean regardless. They should leave out spray and wipes to clean your own table if they are busy. Or encourage people to clean after they eat.

literally all i can say is RAW FOOD. please be mindful and check your food before biting into it… this has not only happened once but TWO times now. the first time it was with a burger, we forgot to take a picture of it because we were so upset in the moment but my boyfriend did go in, complain, say it was unacceptable, and they replaced all of our food. yesterday, we stopped in again and what do you know? he got a RAW chicken sandwich this time! obviously he was livid so he went in, exclaimed his dissatisfaction as this literally is a serious issue that could end up making someone really sick, and in return we got new food and cursed out by the young manager as if it’s our fault she wasn’t properly managing her staff and allowing them to be serving out raw food. she also made a comment of “there’s always a possibility you can get raw food”… there should be NO possibility of that!! you should be checking the food as it’s going out…. it wasn’t even busy so there was really no excuse. needless to say we are done with this location and will be making the appropriate phone calls and sharing the pictures of the raw chicken. do better.
