Says it’s open at 06:00 but in reality only drive through is open, I was told the dining room isn’t open till 07:00. Tried at 07:15 still locked…So if you arrive in anything but a car, you’re screwed. This place is a joke…

This McDonald's was very busy and the staff was pleasant. Their problem was their out of stocks and speed. We placed our order half inside and half to go.

I was unable to order a large sweet tea with my #1 meal as there was no option. They were out of stock on burritos, chocolate milk and orange juice. No receipt printed so that you can review for corporate.

The couple behind us also had issues and waited at least 10 minutes for their order. They also were not happy with having two wait.

We placed the to go order while eating so that it would be ready by the time we finished our meal. It took that long to be ready. 10 minutes maybe.

With no receipts printing it may be a good idea to let you see your pick up number for more than 1/2 a second.

This review is for the night of 8/26/25. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered my food at 7:40 order 807 and didn't get it until 8:17. That is not fast food. No one could communicate with each other and kept messing up others orders. The floors were dirty and sticky. Tables were dirty. Absolutely not what a fast food place should be. And I'll be taking this complaint all the way to corporate. Plus this location has completely lost any future business of mine and anyone I know.

Ordered $50 worth of food Saturday 16th, got home none of the sandwiches had any toppings. The Big Mac didn’t even have cheese. The frys were all filled half way. I have pictures

Slowest 'fast' food wait I've ever encountered. 33 minutes for two big mac meals received no sauce that was requested and no straws for the drinks. Absolute insanity. Will never go to this location again.

I wish I could give this a negative 5 stars after the experience I had today. Ordered a 6 piece nugget HAPPY MEAL on the app, waited in curbside (usually doesn't take that long even if they are busy) said it would be out to me in 2-5 minutes. 10 minutes later, saw noone. Went in the restaurant and asked about it, they didn't even have my ticket but had proof on my phone. Waited another 30 minutes and still nothing, but lots of people either waiting the same amount of time or longer for their whole meal or sandwiches that was messed up. A lady was confronted a few times and just turned around and ignored the person, manager kept telling everyone to fill out an application that was waiting over 30 minutes for food. Gentleman asked for the manager and she comes up asking who is yelling in her restaurant and she proceeds to be rude and disrespectful. I ask for a refund a few times and finally got it after the good was thrown at me.

Yesterday I called in about the toys that they have and I ask nicely if they would do the toys separately and they said yes and I came back in today to get the toys that I need for the collection and they told me that they didn’t separate the toys without the happy meal and it was the same girl you allowed me to buy 3 new toys yesterday. Also not too mention most of that staff is rude so, I will not be supporting this McDonald’s anymore

I stop by the dillsburg McDonald’s daily for an ice coffee. Once in a while I’ll stop here when I’m in the area. Big mistake every time. I used to be a manager at McDonald’s and can always tell when they use brewed coffee. Today I got a nice fill sip of coffee grounds. This is foul and I wish yall would do better. It’s not that damn hard to make coffee the right way and serve something you’d also consume. Won’t be returning.
