Waited around for 15 minutes while they carried on in the back. They were too busy joking around and laughing to hear someone out front or say bye to the family that left while I stood there. I ended up having to walk around the counter to look in the back to catch someone's eye. I have no problem having fun at work. But at least keep an eye on the front for customers or install a bell on the door or put one on the counter. Poor service. The food is also extremely over priced for what you get.

$ 27.00 for breakfast and u only get 1 piece of toast each for dippy eggs ,,gotta get your own coffee ,, no home fries just tater tots ,, they may be faith based ,, 2 or 3 of them standing around ,,lazy , lazy,,lazy. We will never go back .

If you haven't been here, then you need to! New Horizon Cafe is a neat little shop nestled in the Hampton round about that offers a fairly large menu selection. Breakfast options from muffins to sandwiches, lunch choices from wraps to burgers and salads. This shop is split with Three Arrows Coffee, which offers amazing drink selections for your meal. You can choose between drive-through, dine in,or come in and order to go. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is so nice. We absolutely love New Horizon!

Thankfully, New Horizon Cafe is a simple, gracious small town sanctuary with an incredible warm atmosphere and good food. The Farmers Burger is excellent. After battling traffic from hours of driving, we found New Horizon Cafe to be the perfect place to escape from the beaten path, as it resembles a warm country kitchen, and the staff there are also very friendly and kind. After visiting several fancy, high-end restaurants and eateries over the course of a 2k mile road trip, New Horizon Cafes simplicity and warmth really made you feel good and close to home where the heart is.
The only thing I would suggest is clarification on having 2 businesses in 1. When we first came in it was confusing as where to order food vs drinks since it showcased 2 different businesses. Everything was excellent. They were very busy and we still managed to get our drinks and food quickly.

This coffee shop is one of the neatest around maybe a bit out of your way driving to but well worth a ride as coffee, food and bakery are worth the drive. ?
