It’s a diner, so, of course, don’t go in with high expectations. Diner food is diner food, and this hits the spot. However, this place is a rip-off, and there are much better diners in the area. The prices on the menu don’t match up with the price you’re charged in the end. I ordered 2 pancakes ($5.50) with chocolate chips ($1.50 up-charge) and my total was $9 on the bill. Others in my party also had different charges. When we asked the owner why our total bills were different from the menu prices, the owner said it’s the fault of the computer system they inherited and there was nothing they could do. Right… ? Also, my friend had hair in their food. I know they have had a health code violation for not wearing proper hair restraints, and I guess they still haven’t corrected that. The staff are friendly, though it is very much the atmosphere of being at your relative’s house. I’ve been here several times over the years and never been particularly impressed, but this was my last straw. I will never come here again.

Love Rosie's! This is our Sunday morning go to restaurant when we are in town and frequently have dinner here as well. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They make you feel like family and you never leave hungry. The owners, Sherry and Rookie, are always working hard and making sure their customers are happy and well fed.

We go to Rosie’s every Sunday for breakfast whenever we are in town. The food is always good and the service is great! They always treat us like family. My 92 year old father loves the one waitress and always tries to sit in her section because she makes him laugh. The owners are always checking on everyone to ensure their meals are great. If you are in New Oxford, PA stop by Rosie’s, you won’t be disappointed!

The waitress was inappropriate and cussing around my child and other children and after the bad review she saw was acting again inappropriate asking others in the middle of a birthday party who wrote and started unessary drama that was uncalled for I felt very disrespected and left because of feeling uncomfortable. Then when my mom walked in with my step dad she made comments like apparently we have a bad review acting childish and disrespectful. I don't recommend this place at all. I was never mistreated or embarrassed in all my life! I'm not the only one who felt she was being inappropriate and unprofessional in many levels as well I will be contacting the owner.
Very poor food. Waiters where cursing and being very unprofessional. Honestly having our children here for a birthday was not ideal due to the foul language and poor customer service.P.S. food was very dry and one of our members never even got a drink.

Just discovered this place yesterday. I had without question THE BEST SOUP I EVER HAD! It was Chicken Parmesan, something new for them, and tasted like my favorite Chicken Parmesan from an Italian restaurant near my dad's. I hope this stays on the menu, because I will be back regularly for this.

Cute little no-frills local diner.Highlights:- Homemade fresh food- Quality ingredients- Known for their tasty homemade soup- Service was perfect.I got the patty melt on eye. It was delicious!Atmosphere is exactly what you expect for a little diner on the he side of the road. Clean, brightly lit and a little bit quaint.
