Every time I take my kids into this location we have the best experience. Specifically Doug, he is so kind. He brought our food to the table when it was ready, asked us if everything was good, and is so good with my children and even sometimes gives them little goodies. He deserves a raise. He makes our trip there very well worth it.

I came here a couple years ago and the service was outstanding! There was this cashier who was nice and was really funny. Our food tasted good and overall, I can say I’m satisfied with the service I got from this Wendy’s.

Nothing against the people who work there, as they've always been polite and seem nice. I'm not sure if it's management or just bad policy (maybe they're not allowed to cook fresh food until the old stale stuff is sold). I'm not sure what it is, but this is my home Wendy's and they used to be much better. I've never felt the urge to leave a review, but I am planning to stop going here and I am a regular. I can't remember the last time I had fresh food from here, especially their nuggets and fries. It's been months, and I go here at least once a week sometimes more, so it took at least 30 bad meals in a row for me to organize my thoughts into a review. Fresh food folks, that's why we choose Wendy's over other fast food options....when it's fresh it's better. When it's not fresh, there's no point in me donating my money for this unhealthy junk when I don't even get the satisfaction of it tasting edible....

Don't bother coming here! Stopped in quick. Was given the wrong order, and when we politely brought it up, the woman argued with us with a clear attitude, then when proven wrong, she whipped around without a word and shoved the correct item in our face. Very rude and unprofessional. The food was also cold. Fries were rubbery. Won't be coming back here.

The food was cold no salt on fries sandwiches had tomatoes on it after we said no tomatoes they had no mayo on them and a half a piece of bacon on each sandwich the drinks was wrong so both our meals sucked and they was closing at 11;00 we got there at like 10:35 and left there at 10:55 they had us pull up to the white line said they was making fresh fries so until we got our food and down he road to get it out to start eating this is what it was and they was already closed this is the third time now so that will be our last time at New Oxford Wendy's .

The burgers on my son of baconator were about 2 1/2 inches square and maybe an 1/8 inch thick. What a rip off!! I didn't even get a piece of lettuce big enough to cover the baby sized burgers and I got three very small pieces of bacon to top it off. Fast food is a rip off these days so I certainly don't reccomend wendys unless you want to spend $20 on a meal that wouldn't even satisfy an infant
