We've frequented Sherwood numerous times with friend & have always been happy with food, drinks & staff, however our experience this past Friday was both a head shake moment & very disappointing. Had reservations for 6 @ 4:30. At 5:45 our waitress informed us we needed to be finished or move to another table by 6:00 as another customer had reservations for 6:30 & they had already arrived..... WHY not sit that party at a different table??? To add to this, rolls arrived at table after we had mostly finished our meal & our check was incorrect. Another gal did correct our check & was very pleasant but this evening out with friends sure was shortened....yes, we could have moved to another table but NEVER have we experienced such... Had we been with a different group we would have moved onto Valley or another local eatery.
Food is ok, server depends on who you get, atmosphere is great.

The food was decent. I ordered a 14oz NY strip and swear it was about an 8oz sirloin. Wings were good. However, service was beyond terrible. From the waitress to the kitchen. It took over 1.5 hours to get our food and there wasn’t anybody even in our section. I felt that was a little unacceptable. Also, my wife ordered a panini and got a regular cheeseburger but we were so annoyed at this point that we didn’t even bother complaining about it because we were afraid it was going to be another 45 minutes to get that fixed. First time here, maybe a bad experience or a bad night but will not be returning. They did give us free dessert but I would’ve rather just had a discount off the bill.
