The food was decent. I ordered a 14oz NY strip and swear it was about an 8oz sirloin. Wings were good. However, service was beyond terrible. From the waitress to the kitchen. It took over 1.5 hours to get our food and there wasn’t anybody even in our section. I felt that was a little unacceptable. Also, my wife ordered a panini and got a regular cheeseburger but we were so annoyed at this point that we didn’t even bother complaining about it because we were afraid it was going to be another 45 minutes to get that fixed. First time here, maybe a bad experience or a bad night but will not be returning. They did give us free dessert but I would’ve rather just had a discount off the bill.

Went for Easter dinner, ordered the prime rib off the limited menu. When it came out it was an overcooked steak instead. When we got our bill it was almost $15 dollars more than it should have been. After she fixed it I gave her $80 for $$63.23 bill, she brought me $12 change. Not the great place it was with old owners.

I asked waitress if crab cakes were made with lump crab meat. She said they were so I ordered the crab cake meal. No lump meat whatsoever. Hardly any crab meat in them and over cooked. It was the worst crab cake I have ever had. Never again!
Service was good, food pretty bad. Hand cut fries were not fresh cut. I thought that, being it's a tavern, a burger would be the way to go, but no. All around food blah.

If I could give zero stars I would. You want to charge me $16 for a trash can drink that wasn’t even a trash can to begin with and also couldn’t make a walking Washington apple shot and when I told you about charging me for a drink that’s not only wasn’t right but you also never even informed me that you didn’t have the proper ingredients for it you still charged me full price for a drink that didn’t have half of the proper ingredients in it. This is multiple times that we’ve come here and y’all either don’t know how to make drinks proper or are clueless but wanna charge full price for bullshit or don’t have everything to make a proper drink

I've been here a few times now and all I can say is everything about this place is a little bit confusing. It's a local redneckish kind of place that has rap music playing inside quite a bit of the time. It's the only place within a few miles of this place, so everyone pretty much seems to know each other and the atmosphere is generally pretty jovial. The beer list is usually pretty good, the inside bartender is extremely easy to talk to, upbeat, and with pretty quick service. The food can run anywhere from mediocre to have decent. The mussels are good and are a good deal. The catfish bites were pretty much horrible, with more breading than catfish and pretty close to burnt. Cheesesteaks can be pretty good War served to dry in flavorless ask and the burgers. Mexican night is pretty decent. I recommend trying the wood chips as they seem to be an original and were good every time I've had them. The outside bar is a nice addition. I've never had table service but the waitresses seem quite efficient and very nice. Decent atmosphere, good service, plenty of parking with a very inconsistent kitchen.
