I said I would never return to any Cracker barrel because the way Customer Service has treated me on a Gift card issue, they sent me a Gift card in August this year (2024) that expired in 2023! Now they just ignore this issue! But we again returned to the New Stanton location but some issue with the deep frier they could not prepare any Chicken dishes that day! Oh well! Good luck to anyone that might chance a visit to Cracker barrel!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is a little hard to get in the doors, manual not automatic! Hard to get around inside due to all the items they have on display in what they call the "Country Store"!

Food was 8 minutes late, supposedly we did not come up on her screen. Food was cold and chicken completely inedible, burned to a crisp. Like eating beef jerky only worse.

We love the home cooked meals ...and shopping there, as well it feels like home away from home environment. Servers and all people are all so genuine and friendly plus I've never ever had to complain about the food. Not even once.

Ok, I'm adding to my post... So I stopped back again on my way back to Jersey, and I must say that this particular Cracker Barrel serves THE BEST Bloody Mary's!! This store seems to be the only one that serves their Bloody Mary's with the best piece of celery! It is very crispy fresh, and the mix they use is tastier. While traveling, I look forward to my stay in a nice hotel and a comfortable place to eat. Thank you, Cracker Barrel, for satisfying my taste buds. 😋
