Pulled pork was great, ribs were spot on, but the pound of brisket I got was sliced thin and piled up, once I got into it I noticed that it was very inconsistently cooked, next time I would request a 1 pound solid chunk or pass!

stopped by on 8/10/24, had 2 delicious entrees of chicken and pulled pork. smoked and BBQspice flavored to perfection. Baked beans were not too sweet and smoky, slightly spicy with lots of depth. cornbread was buttery and moist. if you love BBQ, get here and enjoy. the Pitmaster knows his craft, tender meat, with just enough smoke, everything in balance. we will be back! thanks for great food and hard work.

I've been coming here for 3 years now. It is good bbq first and foremost, but the service is subpar, constantly confused, my orders are ALWAYS wrong. I just left there and didn't get any bbq sauce with my bbq. I waited almost 25 minutes for 1 platter of food. If they could come up with a better system for handeling customers, then this place would be absolutely killer. The food is great, the service isn't. Still will be a customer

Brisket: Moist but No bark present. Very minimal smoke line, not enough smoker time to even caramelize the fat. Very tasty don’t need a knife to cut it and has so much flavor that I considered not even trying the barbecue sauce. Potato salad is more of a mash and has all the necessary crunchy bits to make it perfect. The baked beans don’t let the deep color fool you they’re not overcooked and they also are very good.
