FABULOUS TURKEY FOR THANKSGIVING! Our first year getting a turkey from Poulich Pit BBQ and it was the BEST turkey we have ever had. This will be our new tradition. THANK YOU SO MUCH. �
Pulled pork was great, ribs were spot on, but the pound of brisket I got was sliced thin and piled up, once I got into it I noticed that it was very inconsistently cooked, next time I would request a 1 pound solid chunk or pass!
