I've been here a handful of times and each time, they have been out of something. One time cream, 2 times they didn't have eggs and the other 2 times they didnt have cheese or bagels. Not sure why they are always out of stuff but if you cant handle the food aspect, focus on the coffee!

Came here for the first time with my partner. A chill and welcoming atmosphere. Both employees were patient and friendly with us. We got the cougar beverage which was very good. We sat and relaxed while enjoying conversations. Overall great experience with this place, I also enjoyed the history of his venue and plan to visit again.

Service is sometimes slow. I don’t think they have enough staff especially early in the morning when people are also wanting breakfast. No complaints about the beverages i get. It’s also a store - I don’t think prices are always visible on their items
We got there a few minutes after open and ordered two hot coffees, blended iced coffee, two breakfast wraps and a scone. The server gave us two hot coffees and started waiting on people coming in the door. After 15 minutes, none of our food was even started, yet the server continued to wait on people coming in. We had a schedule to keep and needed to leave, so we left without any food or the blended coffee we paid for. Understaffed and poorly trained.
