Made an order at 5:14pm Asked if my drink is ready at 5:23pm Told me very rudely that order just came in Like seriously here's the order time in the screenshot. Now i know why all the reviews says that workers are rude. Purposely made my order late 2 orders came after me she made first. Just because i asked (Did you get my order online). Was this really necessary behavior just for my question?

Made wrong drink. Lied about what was ordered and would not make correct drink. They were incredibly rude. Did not give receipt. Get your drink at the 7 Eleven. Avoid this Starbucks. Literally throwing your money in the trash.

I did not get anything i was a out of town visitor I came in there to use the rest room and when I came out I asked a heavy set white guy with glasses that was working on 9/8/2024 at 4pm a question about where to pay the gas at he said a very rude answer to me if I wasnt in a rush I would have said something or ask for a manager

Service was trash it was 3 employees and 3 customers. It took all three employees to wait on the first customer 15 minutes before I could even order.
Please replace the m0r?️n, Aden, it took 15 minutes to make a lemonade. After he messed up another order, instead of continuing making orders he starts chatting with the girls

Placed a mobile order. Only 1 person working. Used whipped cream instead of the sweet cream I paid extra for, L. Felt bad for her, she looked busy and I’m not gonna stress her with that. Used mobile app, forced me to reload the ole bank of starb. Product of convenience, I suppose. Travel Plaza was gross, like all of them down the turnpike.
