Blue Mountain Vineyards & Cellars

Went here for a wedding and wouldn't recommend. For someone's special day the staff was very rude. This included the owner and her son. They also seem to have no idea what to do if it rains. They forced guest to sit in wet seats instead of spending 10 minutes wiping them down with towels. I think they tried to blow them off or something... But it was still raining out and you wont let people go inside to use the bathroom or even get out of the rain come on......

To comment about Staff, I'm from NY and you always hear about southern hospitality. Well not here, I watched who I later found out to be the Son of the owner, Refuse to give one of the Groomsmen a ride back down to the other building. The worker/Son was taking to long so the Groomsmen started walking, He came outside saw him 15 feet down the road and said "Screw him he can walk if he can't wait" then went back inside.

I think I heard 2 times about insurance. They did sparklers... This was an insurance issue per the Son who refused to light 5 sparklers bundled together. I heard it from the owner about Alcohol who thought I was drinking Liquor from a cup when outside. You could have gotten out of your SUV, introduced yourself nicely, and found out that what I was drinking was liquid IV instead of yelling out your window that you run this place and that its an issuance issue. So the big black cord on the ground on the black pavement that everyone had to step or trip over isn't an issue ? The wet slippery bobsled hill isn't an insurance issue ? How about the driveway that 2 cars can not safely pass ? Very silly things to bring up to guests on wedding night.

My Brother in-law bussed people back in forth with a Van that he rented. You think someone would have said THANK YOU.... Only had to carry the Bride to the ceremony.

Overall the place does look nice but its run by amateurs that don't know what they are doing and you will see that when you are there during an event. So many things that could have and should have been done differently with this place.

Made proposing to my fiance a breeze. Such wonderful staff and beautiful wine!

This is a great place with wonderful wines, grounds are beautiful and the tasting room is fantastic. Besides great wines we had a wonderful cheese board. Very well priced also. ???❤️❤️❤️

We had our daughter's Bridal Shower in their private party room. The staff was amazing. We were able to arrive and start to set up at 10 am for the shower which started at 1:00 pm. The private room had a beautiful view of the vineyard and pond. They also closed off part of the outside deck as part of their package. We would highly recommend their services for any type of private event that you want to have.

Was at Blue Mo6ntain on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. It was packed and sadly it was severely understaffed. Waited over 20 minutes to get a bottle of wine because only one server who was too busy making fancy slushy flights, pouring wine flights, ordering food and washing glasses. It was the worst service we've ever had there. Upon leaving, we wanted to get a case of wine to go, but again, same story. Waited in line for an additional 15 minutes and still had 10 people in front of us. Very poor set up and they lost a sale on a case of wine because we put it all back and left. On the flip side, the wine is good. They just need better set up and system for patrons. I spent more time waiting in line than I spent actually drinking wine. Needs a serious revamp for serving customers.

The picturesque views will WOW you. The wine selection will dazzle you. I enjoyed the Merlot and my friend raved about the flight of wine slushes. A must on your tour of wineries. You can reserve a room with outstanding views, for parties

My husb & I went here Friday night 4/26 for my bday & did the combo dinner comedy show. The meal was from Stinky's sliders food truck & was pretty good. We both ordered flights of wine which for $10 each was well worth it. We then had our own reserved table upfront for the show. 4 comedians did their thing & I have to say I laughed w each one them. The show was an 1.5hr long which was perfect. I highly recommend if you’re looking to not break the bank to do the bundle - well worth being there for 3hrs. Next one is 5/24 w all new acts. Enjoy!!

Had a Groupon tour with a wine and cheese pairing. Loved it. Our guide (sorry forgot her name, March 16th) was funny and knowledgeable. Great tasting wines. Bought 2 bottles to bring back home to NJ. Will def go their again.

the wines are excellent. I like how the band plays in the main room. Lou Franco with James Subra really rocks the place. Everbody was having a great time

We had a great time. We came for James Supra and Lou Franco. We are disappointed that James will not be there every first Sunday of the month. There would not have been a turnout like today without James.

What an excellent chill spot!I absolutely loved every moment at this unique and beautiful winery. The staff was very kind and helpful - answered all of my questions, very knowledgeable & educated sommeliers.They even answered questions I had about the history of the building! The wine selection was vast, including a BACON wine!Cheese & crackers were available to have with tastings.Bravo ? you all did very well!
