Wonderful tour. Absolutely love the idea of a family run business that helps support the community. The meaning of 8 Oaks is very meaningful and worth learning along with how the products are made during the tour.
I love this distillery so much. Patty gave us a fantastic and detailed tour and the cocktails are amazing. Where else can you get a cocktail flight?!? I have so much respect for their connection to the community. If you get the chance, don't miss this place and absolutely get a tour if you can!
Our favorites: their Apple Jack and Veterans Cut Bourbon. The atmosphere is warm, fun, and family friendly. The staff is great- personable and helpful. You will find something for everyone ( cocktails, beer, wine, mocktails, free water), delicious food and the Best burger in the Lehigh Valley- from on site, Tre on the Farm (they are back!) They have seasonal menus, as they use locally sourced products.
