Incompetent staff charged me three times for my food and you cant reach them via phone. If they ask you to put your card back in here cause their reader isnt working dont. Might as well have lit 26 bucks on fire. Ive never negatively reviewed a buisness in my life on an app but this is ridiculous.

Terrible service, told me my debit card didn’t go thru, had me run it a 2nd time. Showed the employee 2 minutes later that it was deducted from my account twice. She said there was nothing she could do and no manager for me to speak. I was told the system would correct it and it could take up to 5 days, 2 weeks later no credit. Terrible customer service!!!!

I don’t even know why they have a sign out there. They are never open. I literally just left and they said they were closed. It’s 5:30 their hours online say until 6:00. They had plenty of pretzels, but I guess they were taking them home. Why bother having them there I stop every time I’m out this way and I’m yet to get a pretzel!!!! Is this some kind of sick joke??? Really!!!! If I owed this there is no way I would let the staff change the hours like they do or close whenever they want to. Especially when there was product still there to make money on.

Take your sign off the turnpike if you aren't gonna be open during normal hours. Blue Mountain is pretzel country - if the dough ain't flowing then you gotta hang up the salt shaker. Auntie Anne would be tossing in her salty, buttery grave if she knew what her beloved franchise had become.
