Disgusting! I ordered a bacon burger and they charged extra for bacon and didn’t put any bacon on it! The lady was not helpful at all. I ordered 3 meals in total and they were all $45 and with tax $49 but they charged me $60. I asked the lady for the receipt but she refused. She told me that meals add up quick. It took them 30 minutes for my correct order. Save your time and go to another one of the food places in the rest stop.
I am traveling. Never ate at a Roy Rogers ever in my life. It's late. 10pm. We got a burger and fries, everything was fresh and tasted great. Thank you. To whoever took my order and cooked our food.
old lady with the short hair is racist this place only for american born people not for other people she make me feel this while taking my order world bad service here
Tried the mozzarella sticks and they were cooked to order and served hot and were tasty. Also had the Double Cheeseburger and it was good. They have a little toppings bar and the items were really fresh and crisp. As a truck driver, I’m thankful for a friendly smile which I received. Thanks for being here and serving this right off the turnpike.
Undercooked chicken! We ordered 3 different sandwiches, all 3 were undercooked and cold
The fries didn’t have much taste chicken tenders are a 6/10
Took a bite of my chicken the very first thing that came to my mind was the movie Christmas vacation when Clark cuts open the mummified turkey same experience. The 8 dollar chicken sandwich is probably smaller than a mcchicken. All the burger toppings are sitting out in the open uncovered with flys making sure the veggies don’t escape. Mozzarella sticks were probably made last Saturday. Place is terrible and expensive you would be better off eating off the gas station roller or sbarros trash can. 1 chicken sandwich 1 chicken leg small Mac and cheese and mozzarella sticks 36 bucks

Nice guy working the counter, but my roast beef sandwich was the dryest roast beef I’ve had in my life. Luckily, I got a container of horseradish sauce. I used every drop if it to help choke down the $9.99 sandwich. Onion rings were decent, but $4.49 is pricey for only 6 rings.

First time going to a Roy Rogers. The food is AWFUL. The mac and cheese is the worst I've had in years. The chicken was bland and barely even warm, getting rubbery. Reminds me of Walmart rotisserie chicken that was made hours ago. Oh, and a 4 pc with a large mac was $18. Really shameful and a poor choice compared to KFC or Popeyes.

Please don't waste your money here. Just got it because the other food places were closed. Very expensive for fast food, the chicken was dry and rubbery, mozzarella sticks were gross. Plus the staff was super slow.We threw most of our food away. Do not recommend!
I stopped and got a chicken tenders and mashed potatoes, and my friend with me got a chicken sandwich with fries. Firstly, they said they were out of chicken tenders, which would be fine, except that the staff moved at the speed of a drugged snail. It took them twenty minutes to fry a basket of chicken and move it to a heat lamp, partially due to the shuffling movements of the staff (apparently it was the maximum speed at which they could move) as well as the clear lack of anything resembling motivation or energy. When we got our food, the mashed potatoes were inedible–I’ve seen vats of green chemicals labeled “toxic” taste more natural. The chicken sandwich was not only extraordinarily bland, but also was missing the bacon that added a few extra dollars to its price, and gave grilled instead of fried chicken. The only reason we didn’t complain is that we knew that if we said something, we would be sitting there for the remainder of our natural lives waiting for someone to hobble over and put bacon on a grill. The fries were soft, moist, slightly cold, and all but tasteless. Only the ketchup made them palatable. My only praise is reserved for the fried chicken tenders–they tasted good, but not good enough to warrant the ten dollar prize tag for four of them.
All in all, one of the worst food experiences of my life.
