The Pretzel Hut

Stopped here for a quick dinner after a late night at work, the overall location is vastly improved from the previous owners!!! The pretzels, taste like pretzels! We got chicken tender meals, they were delicious, and came with some dipping sauce! The kids carry out bag is adorable as well. So improved and so looking forward to another visit.

Love This Place! The Pretzel Hut is such a cool little spot and one of our go-to places! The food is seriously good ! The new Chicken Caesar Smash Taco is super tasty love they use Bell & Evans chicken too! The pretzels are warm, soft, buttery and just really hit the spot. And ice cream is always a good idea, so good! The outdoor seating is really nice, with a relaxed vibe. There’s a playground for the kids and even some animals to check out, which makes it extra fun. Great food, chill atmosphere — definitely worth a visit!

The hamburger was too greasy. I had to ask them about where my food was.

The ice cream is very good. The employees were very friendly, and the owner was taking down the train when we arrived, but he put it back on the track just for our kid to watch it. The outdoor seating area is a must to visit with all the lights over the holidays

Wheelchair accessibility: It should be doable with a wheel chair but some areas of the outdoor area might be difficult do to the nature terrain

Had a very good experience here. Great staff, and a good atmosphere with a small petting zoo. There is a trail, but I did not hike. It is a bit pricey, but for the service given and kindness of the staff, I feel that price does not matter.
Also, I do not understand the one-star reviews on here about the food... I had gotten a garlic parmesan pretzel, and it was delicious, hot, made fast, and stayed warm until the last bite! It is The PRETZEL hut. Why buy other food when pretzels are the signature food item here? Thank you.

This place is overrated. Went there with friends while hiking the horseshoe trail since it's right off the side of the trail. Took over 20 minutes to get a pretzel. Wish I had known that before I had placed my order and given my money. The prices were very high considering the type of food; It used to be much more affordable. Apparently they are sinking the profits from the higher prices into the bathrooms which are top notch.

We went for just a pretzel while passing though. It was mid. Not bad but I expected better.

It felt like we stepped into a movie when we arrived at the pretzel hut. The Christmas lights are magical and the atmosphere festive and inviting. We loved sitting by one of the fires surrounded by lights and woods while the kids played on the playground.
There is also a free petting zoo, currently a nativity scene and train track are set up and it was all so fun to see.
They updated the inside and cleaned up the outside so nice.
For the food I give a 4 as I think there is room for improvement.
I hope they will change the pretzel dog. I got one for my kids and they refused to eat it because in the center was a spicy sausage with tough skin.
It was too spicy for me to eat as well. I’m sure there are people who like it but at least a note about it being spicy would have been appreciated. The fries and pretzels to everyone in our group were also a 4/5. A little bit tough and bland.

The ice cream is delicious with generous portions.
That alone with the atmosphere makes it enough for us to cant wait to be back!
