This place is absolutely annoying.The woman who answers the phone is so sweet and she is the only reason I gave two stars.Tonight was the icing on the cake for me.I ordered food as they said they would get it here within the hour. This was true. It was on time...HOWEVER;The delivery driver called me and was on the phone for 15 minutes with me while I told her exactly how to get to my house. I explained I could see where she was, she just needed to come to the next lot. Instantly I can hear her groaning about she doesn't know where to go, at this point I told her that she was in the right place. All she had to do was get out the car and go up the steps, she drivers back down the hill. Long story short, she did this for 15 minutes WHILE IM ON THE PHONE!!She told me to come to the parking lot because she can't find me. I told her I was unable to walk down. So she sat on the phone for an additional five minutes before I just said I guess I have no choice.Absolutely horrible delivery service, good thing the Stromboli was free because the food was horrible and cold.I'll just order from bambino's next time.

Great little place to grab a really really good bite to eat. They have very reasonably priced daily specials; and then a huge menu with everything wonderful to choose from. Service is quick during the day. Evening is much busier: you might have to wait a little, but the awesome food is worth the time you wait.

Not the same service. We used to order at least 2-3 times a month since 2017, but a lot has change in the past year or so. This evening is probably the last time we’ll “give them another chance” as we ordered a buffalo chicken stomboli for it to be undercooked (the cheese wasn’t melted AT ALL). Not to mention we ordered 25-30 minutes in advance and showed up… they forgot to even make it. No wonder the cheese wasn’t melted. When we asked if there was anything they could do for us they said no. You spend over $20 for food and it’s not cooked. We haven’t had great experiences over the past couple months but brushed it off as them just getting it together; I get that times are hard right now. There’s only so many times you can give the benefit of the doubt unfortunately.
