I would like to give the benefit of doubt, but they have messed up my orders several times. The site does not seem to do well under pressure. I do appreciate having a Dunkins in Newport but need some work.
I have been a regular customer since they opened. I havent really had any problems besides 1 time they misunderstood what i wanted when i went through the drive thru and then never gave me what they rang in (that person is no longer there, thank god). Ive had the drive thru window slammed shut in my face, my food and coffee shoved through my window. The lack of customer service some of these employees have is sad. But you only do what your manager does.

Had THE cleanest bathrooms I've seen in hours. I didn't have the food. I just stopped for gas and a bathroom break, but it was immaculate. I did not care for the soap smell, but I appreciated everything else about the bathroom.
