Caelan, the employee who served us this evening, did a superb job. He communicated cheerfully and clearly, asking to make sure he didn’t miss anything. It was refreshing to see him doing his job with excellence.
Called them a lil after 9am to ask if they are participating in the free 6" sub giveaway and she told me yes,12-2pm and I replied the news is saying 10am and she said 12-2pm. I go in at 12pm to be told it was over,it started at 10am. I told them I called in that morning and she said I know, it was a mistake what you were told. The other lady told you wrong. The one I spoke to on the phone came over and said I know, it started at 10am,I told you wrong time.
My car broke down and it was about 20 degrees outside. The two friendly young ladies who work there invited us in while we waited for our tow truck. They were angel's, as I was bringing my husband home from Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. I can't thank Subway and their wonderful employees enough. And the food is fantastic! 10 stars from Liz in York, PA
