I love Captain Chuckys. Their products are delicious and the people are so nice and friendly.

Terrific food and friendly service. Crab cakes, breaded tilapia, and NE clam chowder are highly recommended. And they have genuine, old school oyster crackers!

Best shrimp I've ever had, by far. Do yourself a favor and try it; you won't buy it anywhere else ever again. Have not had the crab cakes yet, but they look really good and will next time I go there to buy more 🦐

Great choices. Not cheap, which is OK for anything crab. It is all too go. Not a restaurant but a great market. The staff was very helpful.

I couldn’t help but notice Andrea’s review. I don’t know what you’re talking about the staff. The product quality are absolutely phenomenal and amazing. Very welcoming Staff large collection of product absolutely phenomenal store. Miss Rosemary and her sister are amazing. Very friendly and very welcoming. I absolutely love them.

I was optimistic based on the star rating here and the content on their site, but the crab cakes were pretty bad. We got the ones with the colossal meat and it claimed to have no filler. It did have more filler than I like but what it didn’t have was any flavor. The texture was doughy and mealy. The filler seemed to be just breadcrumbs and butter? Overall just a bad flavor and texture and was not delightful at all. You don’t know till you try, but we won’t be getting crab cakes from here again. Hill’s is better if you don’t want to make your own!

The store has such a variety of items from delicious crab cakes to stocks pound cakes.Great staff and reasonable prices are going to make me come back.

My first visit to Chucky’s was a great one. Place is awesome. I met Susan working the front counter and she gave me the lowdown on all the products and even got to see my old neighbors from Manayunk food being sold there! Marchianos! She even let me have a little sample of the shrimp salad. Totally amazing. Go here before you go anywhere else for crab cakes, stocks pound cakes, marchianos breads and anything else they have. Amazing food and great people working there!
