Server awesome; food was creative- loved meatball, sausage, and rigatoni; value great; loved the new dining area!

Lovely meal, great service and we will definitely be back again. I had parmesan crusted salmon and my partner had eggplant parmesan. Good generous portions, mine did lunch the following day too. The carrot cake was proper, it had walnuts and raisins, none of these skimpy low ingredient count stuff. The other patrons looked like they were having fun too, perhaps the only downside is that now I know one other guest at some point had been on a local town council and had certain political opinions, so it is not too quiet a place. You can always work out if somewhere is more of a community place if when a birthday is celebrated, the sing a proper "Happy Birthday" and other patrons join in. Both were the case here. Our server Norah was lovely too.

New Year's Eve- even though the place was very crowded, the service was excellent. Food was delicious and plentiful. Can't wait to return.

Excellent service starting with Kelly the hostess through Harley the waitress. Food was unbelievable. The ambience was perfect.

Decor and smell was just so bad we had to leave. And it wasn’t busy either. I run a cleaning company and this place needs a deep cleaning.

Very nice pretty atmospheric restaurant. Relaxing vibes and there were a lot of people there but we were taken care of so well. Our server JR was incredible and so kind. Really clean place and amazing food. Definitely somewhere I want to come back to!

Decor is a little outdated,but it is the intent I believe, food is quite good,on rare occasions maybe a bit over salted. Staff is friendly and interactive.

Our baby shower yesterday could not have been more perfect thanks to Jim and Katrina. These owners, their staff, the venue, and the menu provide a perfect place to have any event. I have had and been to other events there. Planning with them was easy, the staff were experienced to perfection, and the food was outstanding in freshness, quality, and affordability. Special thanks to Joan and our other two waitresses for helping me run the event and for being perfectly attentive to our needs. Thanks to all of you. ***** 5 stars to Charlottes.

Service was fabulous, friendly and just made to feel welcome. Food was very good, variety on offer would please anyone. Loved the piano player....feels like an old fashioned neighborhood gem.
