We always enjoy eating at Charlotte's. The food is great. Nora is the best! She is always very attentive. We will be back!

Amazing !! Fantastic Seafood that's the Best you can get. Check out the Stuffed Lobster Tail and their Crab Cakes that our out of this world. Plus ALL you can eat Snow Crabs. If you Really want the Best seafood in the area, Check out Charlotte's you'll go back. Melody the server was just fantastic - Fast Polite service. Plenty of dietary accommodations available also.
Started with whole grain roll with butter, followed by soup, salad, main entre (choice of salmon, pasta, chicken), ice cream, coffee/tea. Attentive servers, congenial atmosphere. Came with group
We had a delicious meal! Our server was awesome- never waited for anything and she was very attentive. One of the best meals (Alaskan cod with shrimp & scallops, potato leek soup, salad, rice , bread with oil and dessert). All delicious!!
We had a funeral lunch there and it was very lovely. Food and service excellent.
Made reservations for Easter on 4/1/25 which were confirmed with a text. I called because we were going to be a few minutes late.
Charlotte's claimed my reservations were canceled on 4/12/25 I never canceled them.
They were rude and nasty and did not apolgize practically calling me a liar. We didnt eat there and never will. Terrible customer service. I guess we weren't one of there regular buddies.
The atmosphere is stuck in another era. Not very clean. Service was poor. Waited twenty minutes to be acknowledged. And then the waiter said be right back and did not come right back. By the time he was back, we had waited so long and it was getting late. Ordered a small salad with vinegar and oil on the side. My friend ordered chowder. She reported as not really good. I was made to wait until after she consumed her soup until my salad was brought, we are there now for 45 minutes. We both opted out of drinks as everything was taking so long. Her clams came and my salad. The glams were sitting in a bowl with the cooking water and butter for dipping was on the side. It did not look appealing. These were 15.00 clams. Each about the size of a fingernail. The salad came with a side of orange oil. The server did not come back and I have the salad to the busboy as it was inedible with the clip of oil. My friend finished her clams and we waited a bit. Finally the server came and asked if we wanted separate checks. He was unaware that the salad was taken away ten minutes before uneaten. No manager came. There was a 3.5 percent charge for credit cards. Overall a dismal experience. The bread was good though, hot and fresh. Will never return. They charge prices that can be found in bright, upscale newer restaurants but neither the food, the atmosphere or the service is on par with cleaner, newer, establishments who value the customer experience.
I've been here many times, but haven't been since December of last year. I was there with my mom since she too hadn't been there in a while, and it was a great time. I usually get the same thing every time I come, but decided to branch out and try something different. I got the fried Maryland crab bites, and my mom got the chicken wings for our appetizers. I then also switched on not getting my usual, and got the Parmesan crusted salmon. OMG, this was absolutely amazing. My mom got the fried seafood combination with the mashed potatoes, and spinach as her sides. She enjoyed it quite nicely. She also decided to order the calamari, and fried shrimp to go. Along with her leftovers, and her to go stuff she was going to have nice meals for the week, and not have to cook. Our server was Michelle, and she was excellent. She was so attentive, and made sure that we didn't want for anything. She had it timed that the to go order was ready by the time we were ready to leave. It was a good night out with good food, and a great server. I've been there many times, and this was the first time I had Michelle as my server. If you go and she is your server, you will het great treatment
Had 2pm reservation for Easter Sunday. Seated immediately. Server, JR, came right away. He was friendly, funny, helpful with gluten free options for one of our diners, and efficient. Hostess checked on our meals and our satisfaction. Food was wonderful as was our dining experience. Thank you.

My family and I dined at Charlotte's on Easter Sunday; great food, healthy portions and helpful service; staff checked in on us several times. Lively atmosphere too! Opportunity areas: 1) they add a 3.5% charge for using a credit card; that wasn't the case when we dined there several years ago. 2) they also add a 20% gratuity to your bill after including the tax and 3.5% credit card charge. The waiter mentioned that they only add the 20% gratuity to the bill for holidays. I didn't have an issue with the gratuity percentage, which is reasonable... but I felt that it should have been based on the bill before taxes and credit card charge.
My wife and I had a very delicious meal on our first visit to Charlotte's. Looking forward to returning again.
Never disappoints! Fantastic service (ask for Nora), delicious and varied menu and pleasant background piano. Several room sizes from banquet to intimate dining and main dining room.
Spent two and a half hours there for dinner, service was very slow. Wife's ravioli was OK, I had the crab legs and they weren't great.
We love Charlotte's it's our favorite place for lunch with friends. The Eggplant Parm is the best I have ever had and the daily soup is always yummy. The girls and guys who work there are always friendly and courteous and nothing is ever a bother for them.
