Probably the worst Chipotle I've been to but unfortunately this is the closest to where I live. They always mess up my order and almost always don't have fajitas. Many times the rice is too hard. I've complained via Pepper (online help) and they always say they'll relay the feedback to the restaurant but it's been like 2 years and it's never gotten better. So disappointed and wish this Chipotle was more aligned with the brand/chain.

Can someone from corporate come and train this location? There is always something wrong with my order. They are always missing ingredients, missing the pick up time, burning the meat, missing the fajitas and/or somehow making the rice super hard where it's inedible.
I have contacted Chipotle about this location many times and it hasn't gotten better. Please fix this location!

The chicken was chewy and the lady at the front counter was disgusting not only her attitude but her cleanliness… my daughter ordered her own bowl and said sour cream but she put the tomatoes and onion by mistake and when I stopped her mid drop into the bowl she acted as if I was the issue and STILL about half the scoop of tomato and onions fell into my 10 year old food now don’t really think my 10 year old is going to eat this now lol I really thought she would at least try to scoop them out but she just continued to make the bowl and didn’t care at all that the order was now not correct smh so I picked them out individually !! Also I ordered drinks but she is in like another world and completely ignored me by this point but it was so dirty over in that station that I was happy for her ignorance at that moment…smh do better this is to expensive for this kind of service !! Where is the management for this location and why haven’t they changed the staff by now at this point ??? Last thing they were out of vinegar sauce and that was the first thing my kid asked for but of course didn’t check to see before making our food so just all around horrible because if we would have known the sauce wasn’t a option we would not have ordered from the start, I would of went to bonefish next door for about the same prices…

I just visited this Chipotle location and I’m honestly shocked at how rude and hostile the service was. The line server was completely unfriendly and acted like we were an inconvenience. She wouldn’t answer basic questions, didn’t acknowledge us, and when I asked for double portions, she still gave me nothing. It felt like she was intentionally giving the bare minimum.
On top of that, the workers in general weren’t acknowledging half the guests in the store. The food was cold, and about half of the usual ingredients weren’t even available. The whole experience felt chaotic, careless, and unwelcoming.
I’m truly disappointed ….. this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Chipotle. I hope management addresses this, because this location seriously needs improvement ASAP!

The woman was extremely hostile and rude. She had a horrible attitude, and quite literally gave me three pieces of protein.. when I asked for double, she got mad at me. She also ignored my friend completely and was asking what she wanted through me. 0/10 experience. That employee needs to be retrained.

Terrible. Ordered a simple quesadilla. What o got was something wrapped in an under cooked tortilla. Cheese not melted. Barely any chicken. Wrapped like a burrito and cut in half. When I went back… they rudely said “oh that’s a quesadilla”. Like I was stupid or something. Everyone knows what a quesadilla should look like … except these people. What a joke. It didn’t even look close to the picture they had on the site.
Won’t be back.

Doesn’t matter if you get extra anything, bowls and burritos always half the size they should be. Go to the one by Walmart, it’s way better. Or go to cava next door.

I’ve been to this chipotle about three times within the past two months. Every time I come in there is no steak not matter if it’s 2pm or 5pm. The lady who took my order was not welcoming at all, reading some of these reviews seems like it needs a revamp!!

Very rude staff, the store also need THORUGH cleaning. When I went there to order, I was told they were out of tomatoes, but when I pointed out that there were some set aside for online orders, the staff informed me that those were exclusively for online customers. I understand the need to fulfill online orders, but given that the container was full and the store was about to close, I really don't understand the attitude I was given. The service was terrible. We went to sit down to eat our food, but then the employees started yelling and arguing with eachother. Extremely unprofessional behavior. They created a very uncomfortable environment for us and the other customers. I do not recommend coming here at all.
I've been here multiple times and staff is always so rude. They never seem like they want to help you and they get irritated when you ask for something extra. I went there with my friends one time and for a simple order they told my friend she had to get the app. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant but the service and quality is in desperate need for improvement. If the employees really have such a problem with giving us fresh food and helping us, then why are they here in the first place? I'm paying for my food, it's not like I'm getting it for free, so why am I getting so much attitude? They don't even put enough sauce and ingredients in the bowl. I'm not paying $20 for a bowl filled with rice and leaves. This is horrendous, do not go here.

This Chipotle location sucks. Every other order is got something wrong with it. I just ordered tonight and the chicken was half charcoal. Paid for guac and no guac. Drove back to the location and they offered to remake the quesadillas with the same burnt chicken and got all indignant that I wouldn't accept that and told me that I had to go online and ask for a refund. Very poor customer service. We won't be ordering from this location again. Food and service -5 Stars.

Hands down one of the worst Chipotle’s in the area! Always, ALWAYS have some issue. First of all I tried to use the app to make online order and what do you know, Chipotle corporate makes sure the app took my money but never placed the order. Happened before but I thought, “nah that won’t happen again”. Only way is to call chipolte help hot line which is all automated so it’s useless so thanks for that corporate America. Just so I make sure to get the employees right because I didn’t get names and don’t want to talk about the wrong ones, so this “wonderful” Chipolte experience was on November 1st, 2025 @ about 7pm. The guy who made my food was awesome! Did a great job making my food and actually hooked it up. The woman who was doing online orders was nice too and was trying to help when change machine didn’t dispense coins and was trying to help the guy figure out the math of the bill and make sure I wasn’t not charged for chips because NO SURPRISE, and not unique to this Chipolte location, they had NO CHIPS!!! That’s a Chipolte staple! The other woman who worked there was the absolute worst. Had the worst attitude, like my questions and concerns about the correct charge of the bill and when I brought up the app taking my money, she acted like I was a big annoyance to her and couldn’t be bothered to actually do the customer support aspect of her job. Hate to brake it to you but customer service is a big part of your job so lose the smart attitude or get another job! So again this Chipolte is the worst. Other than the helpfulness of the other two employees with good customer service skills, this location needs corporate to come in and clean house or reeducate its employees on what the standards are when it comes to the customer!!

Chipotle used to be both delicious and affordable when they first opened. Today I was hungry on my lunch break and was craving their Carne Asada. So I ordered a double Carne Asada burrito and when I got to the register, I was told my order came to $20.99, and mind you that was just for a burrito. $20 for a single burrito a a fast food type chain is absolute robbery. Unfortunately after this, I will never give Chipotle my business ever again at any of their locations. I get much better quality at a more reasonable price at their competitiors. Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging their customers. This is unacceptable and for that I hope they are not in business much longer.
