Nice new location with quality staff and great portions!
put in a mobile order about an hour a head of time, went to pick it up, and both bowls I ordered for my boyfriend and I had ingredients wrong, a side a guac no one ordered (??) and were cold. I work in the restaurant industry, run expo, it is not hard especially when the ingredients ARE IN FRONT OF YOU 90% of the time to build an order correctly. Wasn't even busy in there. Also, when you see a mobile order pop up for an hour from the time, why would you chose to make it early knowing that it would be cold? Like- this is basic stuff. If y'all don't wanna work in food service then don't, but what if this happened to you guys if you ordered food? Wouldn't y'all be annoyed too?? Like.. I do not make a lot. This was supposed to be a treat for me, and I am so disappointed.

This is by far the most poorly managed location I’ve ever seen. I ordered a burrito online, and I arrived 25 minutes later to a restaurant that was beyond filthy, with food all over every table and a prep area that was even worse … Little to no rice left in the bins, and what was left had a sickening look to it; meat and veggies that appeared crusty and gray, overcooked and/or cooked hours ago; stray ingredients and other trash everywhere. The two employees I could see were oblivious. They’d forgotten about my order, which was one of about seven slips left on the register. One employee was scraping buildup on a grill that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. They offered to make me my burrito, but I was so sickened by what I saw that I just left. This is not anomaly for this location, which is frequently filthy. But this was the worst I’ve seen it. They are putting the health of customers at risk.
This isn't my favorite Chipotle but it gets the job done. They often times have a lot of dirty tables and the lettuce isn't always fresh but the chicken is always delicious and the carnitas meat is also very well cooked. All around average Chipotle and I come back because I know what to expect!

This place is horrible. The food gets worse every time I order from here. The restaurant itself is an absolute mess and is in need of a serious deep cleaning. $16 worth of food tossed in the trash because it was a nasty greasy mess! I have given up on this location.

Check your order! I ordered 2X brisket 2 bowls and got single chicken in each bowl when I got home. $41 dinner….very disappointed

Second time at this location and even worse experience than the first time. First of all. So slow. I had to alert them that there was a large puddle of water running through the customer line which someone reluctantly mopped up. All lemonades were empty and they refused to fill them (until tomorrow) so we had to drink soda. Refused to make a quesadilla for my son because he said they had no way to ring it up so we had to then order it online. It’s filthy - none of the tables have been wiped down all day. Took 20 minutes for the food to be made. Husband got sofritas instead of chicken. They remade it then but incorrectly with carnitas. Had to have them remake it again. They also ran out of fajita veggies and weren’t making any more of that either (at 7:30 and they close at 10:00.) And they’re completely out of forks.

This location is absolutely horrible. I have never had an order that has been correct, there is ALWAYS ingredients missing and such small amounts of food. Ridiculous you pay almost $20 for a bowl and it’s missing everything you picked. Sometimes I think they just put whatever they want in there for fun. The employees do not care, they are BEYOND LAZY. Today was the final straw. Ordered and paid for a mobile pickup order ready for 11:00. Get there, and this sign is taped on the door. No one is answering the phones inside. Are there no longer industry standards for Chipotle???? This location is the worst experience I’ve ever had with the franchise.

Order pickup for my two kids and there was missing cheese on both orders. Plus the lettuce was bad. This is not the first time I was displeased with the Newtown Square Chipotle.This place is terrible. Which is a shame because we like Chipotle. Do not go to the one in Newtown. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a quesadilla with veggies and I got no veggies…. And somehow they managed to forget to put the steak in my steak burrito…..

Ordered both a bowl and burrito on the app and returned home to find more ingredients missing in my order than were correct. It’s clear that the employees did not want to prepare more food in the later evening though it was only 8:45 and the location closes at 10pm. Would have been nice if the employees at least had the curtesy to tell you your order is wrong when they hand it to you

This Chipotle used to be good but recently everything went down hill rapidly. Portion size got smaller, order is not ready when the app said it was ready 10mins ago, and worst of all, there always are some ingreidients that is missing -- sometimes fajita veggie, sometimes steak.
The servers at this chipotle gave me less than a scoop of chicken and then literally 3 pieces of tomatoes. After I was given my chicken on my bowl, they left my bowl To have
additional toppings, but nobody was there to put anything. The first server who put chicken then moved on to the customer after me and put the additional toppings on their order before me, leaving me unattended for 5 minutes (and they’re getting the service of additional topics while I’m left there). Overall, I was ignored and given less food than normal servings.
