Went in and an employee had their phone laying on top of the tortillas when I asked for a burrito. I was so disgusted I made them throw away the entire package so no one would get sick. Then I asked for steak and they said they don’t have any and no one was making more, no one offered more if I waited, nothing. This was at 4 in the afternoon . Just an aweful experience. Don’t waste your money here.

Co workers and I will frequent this location for one good reason, and I hope Chipotle Corp reads this and learns a valuable lesson:They give you a good portion size.My biggest complaints about Chipotle Co have always been that they changed their burrito wrap, and they cut the portions down to miniscule amounts; "Skimpflation". At least at this location, I've always gotten a good size burrito and not a "snack wrap burrito".I also dont want to forget: The staff here are also extremely friendly, and I'm always happy with their service.

Always have issues with order ahead. This is a $12 burrito. They forgot the veggies salsa and lettuce. Another time they forgot the meat.

Guac is disgusting here it’s like brown. Pico is yellow and tastes awful. Poor attitude here. For years this location has failed to produce fresh and enjoyable products for customers.

Ok so I have given it a solid 5 times prior to writing this review. I thought maybe it was just me but now after seeing all of the reviews I know it’s the location. This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Which is so weird because it’s in such a great location. I’ve never had a complete order, employees constantly on the phones or just don’t care, food is always ALWAYS out when it’s literally dead in there there’s never been a line once while I’ve been in there, and it’s A MESS. I’ve thought about calling corporate because it’s our local chipotle and I would love for it to get better- it 100% feels like the employees faults.

This review is for the last 4 times I have been to this location. This place is just poorly ran. I don’t know if management is not great at food orders for the week or if the employees just don’t care. I have never been able to get chips at the location, ever. They’re either out or last time an employee told me they weren’t making anymore that day (it was 2 pm). Today I wanted a salad, they didn’t have lettuce. Luckily there is a Cava next door and is usually my go to when there is some sort of issue which has been the last four times. For some reason I forget how bad this location is until I get there and leave emptied handed.

My family and I have been fans of Chipotle since they first opened in our area, but it has fallen from grace over the years. This location is no exception. I dined in here with a friend the other day for lunch. It opened at 10:45am; I went in at 10:55, and the restaurant was filthy. There were bits of food on and under every single seat and table, suggesting no one cleaned from the day before. We ordered at 11:00, and there was no guacamole made (supposedly -- I could've sworn I saw some on the online order station). The soda fountain had no syrup or it wasn't properly hooked up; every flavor was just carbonated water. The brewed blacked tea was not fresh and tasted awful and the flavored fruit teas were not yet on. I had already paid for my beverage, so they just gave me a bottle of my choice while they examined the machine. The food was great, at least -- good quality and flavor, proper temperature. Service was fine. The loud kitchen music clashed with the music in the dining room, which was noticeable as soon as you entered. This is the second time I've been to this location. The first time was over a year ago; we placed a large order to go, including chips. When we arrived to pick it up at the requested time (around 6pm), they were making the chips, so we waited half an hour to finally get our food, and half the order was cold by then. I had assumed that was just an "off" night, but after all this time, they clearly still have much room for improvement. Hope they can get it together soon.
