I’ve been to other crumbl’s in the area and none make the cookies like this one in Newtown square and whenever I order and John is working the cookies look and taste perfect ! Very happy with the Ellis preserve location. Much appreciated!
Stopped in for a late night snack and Brandon at the front counter was very helpful. Helped answer my questions about catering and guided me through the menu selection. Store was very clean and the ordering is process was very easy. Brandon brought out the strawberry pretzel pie and oatmeal skillet cookies ordered with the boxes open to see if they were to my liking. Both were backed perfectly and tasted delightful. I went to Crumbl for a free cookie and walked out with a whole box. I just couldn’t help myself. They were all delicious! The girl that helped me was so nice, professional and very knowledgeable.The menu changes weekly and every month each store has its own mystery cookie. A yummy treat to look forward to!
