They are horrible!!! Placed a delivery order for my kids and they never delivered. After calling and speaking to someone (after waiting on the line for ever), they took another hour to deliver. I had to scramble something for my kids’ dinner and put them to sleep. This store needs to shut down

Absolutely horrible!!! I’m literally 10 minutes from the store, an hour and a half later, still no delivery. And when I check the tracker the times gets LONGER!! What in the world!! I tried calling and nobody picks up, just listening to a replay over and over of their advertisement. This isn’t my first bad experience with this location but will definitely be my last!! I blame myself for giving them a second chance. As I stand here typing, this it’s been 2 hours since I ordered and it still isn’t here. Good riddance Dominos!!

We all know dominos pizza stinks. But this store in particular is awful. Took 2 hours to get a pizza delivered and no one responds when you call the store. They simply have you sit on hold for an eternity. Food came cold and zero recourse. Definitely do not order from this store if you happen to have the Dominos craving.

Do not waste your time here, I seriously can't understand how this location is still in business. Listen to the other abysmal reviews and don't spend your money here. I've given this place multiple chances and had horrible experiences every time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Management clearly doesn't care about running this location and the employees sure as hell don't either.

Absolutely the worse dominos experience I've had. Lets start with I ordered my food while at work to have while I was on break. My order should of been arriving right as I was getting ready to go on break. I get a text saying my order is on the way and my tracker says 6 minutes it was litterally right down the rd. I'm waiting outside I check my tracker again and the driver abigale is in a totally different direction the drive is now 33 minutes away from me she took the farthest order first instead of the one she should of. When I call to cancel the order I am told that the order will be canceled and I will receive my money back. At this point I don't want the food my break is over and I certainly don't want cold pizza. Fast forward 45 MINUTES LATER I get a text saying my food is arriving. I go out I tell the girl that the order was cancled and she continues to tell me to take the pizza for the inncovience then stood there like she was waiting to be tipped the tip was already added to the order. Food came all shuffled in the box and the tots I had ordered where burnt and like a half portion. The pizza was cold and just everywhere like it was just tossed around. Something so quick and easy turned into a nightmare and I'm still out of 28 dollars that I was told I was getting relayed for. I have called a few times to speak to a manager to where I'm told there isn't one available after they find out what the nature of the call is for. This place needs some serious retraining and people that know how to deliver the right way. Thanks for terrible food terrible service and screwing me out of 27 dollars. I will be contacting your corporate center.

We live less than a mile away and delivery took 2 hours. Staff was rude and refused to answer the phone. Will be contacting management.

I ordered chicken Alfredo (2orders) and chicken nuggets and a brownie paid for it online. When my kid picked up the order they didn’t have the chicken Alfredo. They said they put the money back on my card. I checked and they didn’t so I went in the store and they told me they would refund again. And again they didn’t. So I called the next day and the girl said that it wasn’t done and she was refunding the money now and that for my troubles she would credit me 2 Alfredo’s. When I called two days later the manager was ignorant to me and practically called me a liar and that I got refunded. She wouldn’t even check into it. She said no other girls worked there and that she’d been away and nobody would do that. The way she handled the whole situation was terrible and I will never go to Dominos again

Service is terrible. We’ve come here many times. The last few times it’s gotten really bad. Was told they don’t have cups or plates and never have. Staff needs someone to manage. Really disappointed with the service and standards at this location.

THIS store needs to be closed down . The customer service is horrible ! They never have a deliver driver and everytime I have ordered my phone NEVER arrived!!! Do not order unless your picking up and please make sure you order and wait at least 2 hours they have one person operating the whole store !

I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and onions and boneless wings with BBQ sauce. 2.5 hours and 2 calls later, they delivered cold, dried out boneless wings with marinara sauce and cold pizza with onion, no mushrooms. I live 4 minutes away. I had to meet the driver in the parking lot. They hung up on me when I called to complain. They messed everything up so bad it's comical.

We ordered two medium pizzas and when my wife went inside to get them it appeared they forgot to make one of our pizzas. It was hastily made and when we went to eat it when we got home it was RAW. I understand sometimes things can be missed and they made our pizza late, but you have to make sure it is cooked. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting dominos management.

If I could give a 0 I would. I went a month or so ago on a Saturday at 3 no1 was their .Tonight I ordered on the web and after 30 min my order was canceled. I called and got no answer.

Well, what can I say that hasn’t already been said by other reviews about how ridiculously long the delivery time was. I understand Saturday can be a busy night. I worked at a Dominoes over 20 years ago. But 3 hours? Come on, man. Ordered a pizza for my kids at 7:30, and by the time we got the order, my one daughter was asleep in bed. They did acknowledge how it things could have been better in an email and sent me a coupon code for my next order (if there is one. Maybe a weeknight instead of the weekend for me.) But they should somehow give you an HONEST estimate how long delivery times are going to be, so customers can maybe order something from somewhere else for dinner and not be too disappointed—along with possibly making our day a bit worse— and then maybe Dominoes could keep from losing more customers. Just a thought, guys.
