Domino's Pizza

Just wanted to leave a review about my wonderful experience. My husband and I ordered a pizza late at night on 8/26 on our way home from the airport. We had a super long day of traveling. The Delivery girl that we had that night was so awesome. We had pulled up the same time she did, and she was the kindest person. She offered to hold the pizza until I got all my bags in the house. She even said she hoped that we had a great vacation. Her personality was so great! Just wanted to mention that because she deserves to know how great she is! Thanks so much!

just had an amazing experience at Domino’s thanks to Todd and Collin. From the moment I walked in, their energy was honestly just vibes—they made the whole visit feel fun and welcoming. Both of them went above and beyond, not just with great service, but with genuinely positive attitudes that made me want to stick around longer than I planned. It’s rare to meet people who can make something as simple as grabbing pizza feel like such a good time, but Todd and Collin really did that. Seriously amazing people—Domino’s is lucky to have them!

I ordered a create your own pasta with Alfredo sauce and jalapenos. They added chicken, didn't add the garlic to the bread, and you can see in the attached picture how the bread is flat and everything is just kinda thrown on it.

I also ordered a medium pizza with half jalapenos. I got full jalapenos and this is the third time this has happened. I've gotten pizzas in the past here that were also as poorly made as the pasta today.

I ordered pickup in the past for a half jalapeno pizza. Get there and it has all jalapenos. They take the wrong one back into the kitchen (no food legally can go back over the counter but I guess they were never trained) and then I ended up waiting. The pizza they ended up giving me was almost as flat as paper. No offer of anything when I'm wasting time waiting. They even kept my old pizza on a shelf with a bunch of others. What were they doing with the pizza i brought out of the store and into my car? And bacteria out there is now in the kitchen

Don't blame your employees. Pay them enough to care

The store said it opened at 10:30 AM for 11 AM pickup. I ordered bread bites for the kids. We walked over to pick it up at 11 and the store wasn’t even opened. The Rita’s employee next door said that the place is a mess. I tried calling later in the day to get the order refunded, and no one picks up. Time for a chargeback! There’s plenty better places to go in Delco, don’t waste your time on this one.

I was in here earlier this afternoon. I stood at the counter while the only employee ignored me for about 5 minutes. I walked out. How does this place stay open? I've heard bad things about this store. This Domino's store should be zero stars.

I live within 10mins of the store. Delivery takes over an hour with no communication or update through store and app. Worst Dominoes experience.

Sadly, the same as the other reviews way too long from qualitty checking to delivery. We use Domino's in other places, and they are great it seems that it is just this store.

took so long and no one would answer the phone. phone has not been picked up for 29 minutes and counting....

Preordered food between 5-6pm to be delivered at 9pm. Now 10:06pm and the delivery time keeps increasing. No answer from customer support or the store itself. Horrible experience

Darnell and Kennet were awsome. Every time Darnell is working I get the absolute best food no matter what I order he’s always working hard and makes some amazing food. Highly recommend.

Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza, Tater Tots, Pretzel, Lava Cake, Cheese Pizza

It's been over an hour and I can't even get the store on the phone to cancel the order. The tracker says the food is still in the prep stage and the website also offers no way to cancel

Never have I EVER had pizza delivered to my house and left by the door without even knocking on the door! Much less when it’s 20 degrees outside!!! If I could take back the tip I would!

They are horrible!!! Placed a delivery order for my kids and they never delivered. After calling and speaking to someone (after waiting on the line for ever), they took another hour to deliver. I had to scramble something for my kids’ dinner and put them to sleep. This store needs to shut down
