Service is terrible. We’ve come here many times. The last few times it’s gotten really bad. Was told they don’t have cups or plates and never have. Staff needs someone to manage. Really disappointed with the service and standards at this location.

THIS store needs to be closed down . The customer service is horrible ! They never have a deliver driver and everytime I have ordered my phone NEVER arrived!!! Do not order unless your picking up and please make sure you order and wait at least 2 hours they have one person operating the whole store !

I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and onions and boneless wings with BBQ sauce. 2.5 hours and 2 calls later, they delivered cold, dried out boneless wings with marinara sauce and cold pizza with onion, no mushrooms. I live 4 minutes away. I had to meet the driver in the parking lot. They hung up on me when I called to complain. They messed everything up so bad it's comical.

We ordered two medium pizzas and when my wife went inside to get them it appeared they forgot to make one of our pizzas. It was hastily made and when we went to eat it when we got home it was RAW. I understand sometimes things can be missed and they made our pizza late, but you have to make sure it is cooked. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting dominos management.

Well, what can I say that hasn’t already been said by other reviews about how ridiculously long the delivery time was. I understand Saturday can be a busy night. I worked at a Dominoes over 20 years ago. But 3 hours? Come on, man. Ordered a pizza for my kids at 7:30, and by the time we got the order, my one daughter was asleep in bed. They did acknowledge how it things could have been better in an email and sent me a coupon code for my next order (if there is one. Maybe a weeknight instead of the weekend for me.) But they should somehow give you an HONEST estimate how long delivery times are going to be, so customers can maybe order something from somewhere else for dinner and not be too disappointed—along with possibly making our day a bit worse— and then maybe Dominoes could keep from losing more customers. Just a thought, guys.

This location is not staffed enough to meet basic expectations. Over the last few months we have tried to order from the Newtown Square store. We experienced long wait times just to find out there is no driver for delivery, or the location is closed. The past two times we waited an hour to just to discover we would need to order out somewhere else. The online ordering app will allow you place an order for delivery even though they dont have a driver and takes your money. It will not let you provide feedback because the order is still in the que. I frequently pick up my own orders and would like to know before I put my order into the automation void that delivery is not an option.This is not a dig at the only staff member that is present, they are doing their best. Unfortunately running a store takes more than single person and they are not being provided the tools they need to succeed.

Ordered at 8:22 on Saturday and was given a 30-40 min wait time. After an hour and a half we gave the location a call and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. After almost 3 hours we drove to the location and all the lights were on, said open, but door was locked. It is now Sunday and we still have not been able to contact anyone, including any sort of general customer service. Not sure how this location is still operating, save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

I ordered a medium cheese at 3:32, then when i arrived at the store at 4:25, it was still being processed. It was not even in the oven or cooked. I also trying going into the store but it was lock when the sign is lit up OPEN!!! APPARENTLY THERES NO ONE IN THE STORE.

I love this pizza so much. It's not the greatest pizza I've ever had but it's just dominos pizza. We also order pepperoni and there was plenty of pepperoni on the pizza. The pizza was made with in 10 minutes. When I went in the man was very friendly I told him my name and he got my pizza and I left. When I went in there was a very romance date going on.
