I love Firepoint. Something felt a little off this time around but that happens at any restaurant. The service here is exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feel VIP. We were there for Valentine's and it's busy so I think the team is rushing a bit more than usual and wants to free up tables. Just my sense. In any case, can't recommend Firepoint enough.

Service was great. Everyone from the hostess to the management was very attentive and accommodating. Our food was very good. Husband had steak. I had pasta. Would order again. But next time with fried olives. They are the best !

This restaurant is horrible. I had issues on the front and the back of the house they couldn't bring us two glasses of wine. It took them almost 35 minutes to get that when we finally received our food our lobster bisque was missing the lobster flavor was just OK but missing its main ingredient. Came out and said there is an issue in the kitchen with making their cornbread and will be a few minutes when it finally arrived it was burnt and tasted like chemicals. We canceled the rest of our meal and left. I would not recommend this restaurant.

If you find your go to entre.....stick with it. Wings were under cooked and bland. The short ribs were very good and garlic mash on point.Menu is limitedI would go back for that 1 and only entre .

We had lunch. I was very happy that there was a separate Gluten Free menu . I had the gluten free traditional pizza. It was just OK. Sort of like a supermarket frozen pizza. Usually, when you have a sad GF crust (LOL) you need to add some extra cheese, etc. to make up for it when you charge $20 for an individual pizza. I will return, but I'll try something else on the menu

Second visit just as good as first.Had one of the best tasting lobster bisque and a steak that could hold its own in a top rated expensive resturaunt. We will be going back soon!

Service was excellent and the lighting was perfect. The food was fantastic, I got the brisket pizza with caramelized onions. Went with a large group and everyone was impressed and left full and happy. There is a great selection of craft beers on draft as well. We will be returning..

Very popular eatery. Parking lot full during dinner hours on a Saturday nightWait time to be seated at a table was 1 hour for walk ins. Host/Hostess offered immediate dinner bar seating.Good selection of menu options including chicken noodle soup on the coldest day yet. The Atmosphere here is worth pointing out. The Lighting & the room decor “oozes” intimate conversation with your party or for date night. Did see some people dinning at the bar alone to!Good overall value for $$

Best dining in Delaware county. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with our reservation this week, but management went out of their way to make it right. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Firepoint needs to have more consistent hours and not close when they desire or when business is slow. Today we went at 6:40pm after a snowstorm (but roads were pretty good) but were informed by host that they were closing at 7pm. It's like, well - we don't care you made effort to come to Firepoint -- WE just want to all go home!!

Stuffed us into a small booth with someone 8-months pregnant. Barely any room. Table kept sliding as we shuffled to get comfortable. Runners dropped food on a 6-top without any clearing of our appetizer share plates. Leaving us to essentially scramble to clean up. Server filled our sodas with water during refills and didn't notice. Pizza wasn't hot. Turkey burgers were dry. Disappointed with our dinner overall.

We are sorry to hear the FirePoint Grill is being shut down soon. Replaced by another resturant. It will be missed. We hope the new owners are going to keep the staff and give us a great experience

Went for a birthday dinner celebration & the food was ok. Ordered a few pizzas which were doughy in my opinion. The lobster bisque soup was good. Salads were good. Server was excellent. Overall I feel it was overpriced but ok. If I went back I would try other menu items.
