Food never disappoints and the servers are always great. Today Basil was taking care of us… he was personable and funny. We also got a warm greeting from the manager, Beth. Genuine friendliness from all of the staff is something that sets this location apart from the rest IMO.

I ordered the California eggs benedict and felt very mixed about the dish. The hollandaise sauce is awesome - it’s very fresh, flavorful and tastes like it’s made in house (not from a reheated powder). I ordered that particular benedict because I love avocado. I was disappointed that I had to hunt through the plate to find the one barely discernible slice of avocado split in half and shared between the two eggs. Essentially, I got one small sliver of avocado to go with a full poached egg and piece of bread. Perhaps don’t sell it as a California / avocado benedict? The potatoes were well seasoned and I really wanted to enjoy them. However, most bites of potato came with an overpowering bitterness, possibly from onions that were not caramelized properly. Breakfast potatoes are usually my favorite part of the dish, but I couldn’t finish them.My mom enjoyed her frittata, but would have been just as satisfied with a basic eggs over medium dish.Overall, the ambiance was nice, service was good and our food came out quickly. It’s in a convenient location, so I would go back and try other dishes because they have a creative menu, but what we ate on this visit wouldn’t push me to return.

We ordered the traditional breakfast and the Barbacoa bowl for breakfast. The barbacoa bowl was quite decent but the traditional breakfast was really surprisingly bad. The potatoes and pork sausage was so over cooked. The sausages were just full of oil and burnt. The donuts we ordered for desert were phenomenal. Service was great and the place is quaint and nice.

Server was friendly but not super attentive and the food took forever and it wasn’t very busy but it tasted good — I’ll go back for sure but not if I’m limited on
My fiancé and I arrived around 10:40-10:50 on Presidents’ Day expecting a fifteen-twenty minute wait. The host let us know the wait would be 20 minutes and I’d get a text when we could be seated. We walked around the shopping center for about a half hour, came back in to wait, we saw a couple pairs get seated immediately. Around 11:30 we asked about our wait and we were told we’d be second to sit down, watched two more pairs of people get seated after they walked in and we left. Definitely not worth nearly an hour of waiting.

Coffee was good, but the rest was big disappointment. Ordered Tribeca. Scrambled eggs were very dry and barely warm. Waffle was ok butter wouldn’t melt on it since it was also cold. I have been to the Springfield FW too and the food there was cold and mediocre as well. Will choose a different spot to meet friends for breakfast from now on.

Food was good, service was good nice place. Looking at other diner's food, portions seemed ok but my dish, Traditional Breakfast, was a little on the lesser side. Plate could use a little more...Other wise, I like First Watch.
