Luigi & Giovanni at Ellis preserve

The food is good but the staff is very inattentive, and you can tell they have a problem with mice because of the amount of chips they throw away every day and the floor is full of mouse litter which is disgusting. I will definitely not eat there again.

Food is great, always different things on the menu and a great stop for a freshly prepared meal . The service is top notch and employees are personable and friendly . Alot of the items on the menu are cooked to order but they also offer a soup and salad bar ,hot bar and a hot plate of the day . This is a great spot for a quick good meal at breakfast or lunch

I have been meaning to submit this review for awhile...sadly. The food for the most part is good. The hot dish by the salad bar is usually lukewarm. Twice I have been asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and told the maker yes, but did not get a toasted sandwich. The manager is awful to customers and staff. The music is not appropriate for eatery. Would be nice so have consistent grab and go items, like egg, tuna, and chicken salad. I have worked in this building for years. I miss Fabio as the manager!

First time there. Was there for a luncheon. I shop at their store but this was the first time here. A usual their food was delicious. It was a buffet and the food was fresh and warm. The service was friendly and efficientThe atmosphere was very inviting. I recommend this as a place to go to lunch

Delicious food. Not so friendly lady behind the deli counter nor the gentleman manning the outdoor deli bar. And on a Sunday morning!!! Hard to say if it is worth a return visit

HIDDEN GEM Top quality meat department, best prepared food, delis, fresh bread, and everything else they offer is beyond amazing. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. They have really great family dinners that come with tons of food. I could talk about it all day 🍕🍝🥖
