We try to like this place, however we stood in front of the register, waited several minutes, no one acknowledged us, said hello, or asked us to hold on, several of the staff saw us and put items on the register where we were waiting but blatantly ignored us. Customers understand you're busy, a simple acknowledgement and be right with you goes a long way in a customer-service based industry. Will most likely visit another quick eatery establishment in Newtown next time.

I absolutely love this place, but it is always out of bagels, especially everything, sometimes as early as 8am. I am hoping the ownership sees this review and makes more bagels. I have been there countless times and people walk in and walk out because there is no product variety. They are loosing money because they are out of bagels, and they have the BEST BAGELS when they have them. Please, make more bagels, they are delicious!!!

They recently changed management and now the service is terrible. The gentleman of Chinese orientation is so rude for nothing, the few times I been there he always have the same attitude. I love the bagels but they lost a client because I prefer to spend my money anywhere else.

I’m sorry I refuse to shop at a store that when you ask, if you can use the restroom even when you’re paying Customer, the gentleman at the counter looks at me with a very bold and nasty face and says “ oh no absolutely no restroom for customers”! I personally will not shop at a store especially one that will help feed you that you spend money at but yet when you have to use the restroom to relieve yourself, they tell you I’m sorry. No way. Go to a different location. this one’s not worth it very rude staff.

I love their Ellis Island hot lunch bagel. That being said this place is constantly out of everything bagels. They also say they are open until 3PM most days but if you show up at 2:30 they will tell you the grill is already closed if they are even still there. The food is good but the service is below average and leaves a lot to be desired.

I just stopped in around 9am. I had been driving for 90min. I thought a bagel sounds good. Entered the store, ordered, paid and tipped generously for a bagel and juice. While they were preparing my bagel I told her I am going to use bathroom. To which she responded “no your not”. I was speechless. She put my bag in the counter, I grabbed it and started to walk out and she questions, “did you pay?” No wonder this place has 3 stars, which I think is generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Our first and last time. No selection left except blueberry, cinnamon raisin & chocolate chip. Literally smallest bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. Dry and tasteless. Oh and the cheese wasn’t melted either. Agree with all other reviews.

Won't let customers use the bathroom

I ordered a farmhouse and two everything bagels with cream cheese, all of which toasted. When I got home I noticed they were not toasted so I went back. I explained to the owner the problem. We told me I was wrong. I told him to give me the bag back and I literally opened one of the bagels and showed him that it wasn’t toasted. He still told me I was wrong. So took the order, threw it away and left. As I was leaving he told me not to come back. Don’t worry, I won’t. Horrible service and unfulfilled order and calling me a liar…my advice is to go somewhere else because these people do not value their customers. I’m working with the corporate office to attempt to receive a refund. This place has not earned anyone’s business. Don’t waste your time.

I just ordered a dozen bagels for my office in Blue Bell Pa. When I got to work I couldn't believe they were burnt on the bottom. I called to tell the manager he screamed and yelled that i was lying!! He also said NEVER to come in his store again & hu on me !! It was my 2nd time there in years !! This is outrageous!! Never again!!

Owner told me he could not help me because they had shut everything down early before closing time. Stick to your hours, don't turn away customers.
