I was excited to find out there was a Manhattan Bagel close to my new home. Decided to go in last week and purchase a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The owner was rude and condescending, but I thought perhaps it was an off day.Walked in today and asked for an everything wheat bagel toasted with light butter. I got home, opened the bag and inside was a toasted plain wheat bagel with dripping butter. I called back to let them know about the error. The woman put the owner on the phone and rather than apologize for the mix-up, he immediately tried to gaslight. He started yelling that four other employees heard me ask for a plain wheat (LIES). He proceeded to say something (inaudible) slam down the phone and hang up.The owner is angry and unprofessional. Rude to customers and staff! I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.No way in hell I would patronize your business again. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. Deplorable!

I went there because I was craving a bagel, and as I was walking in and old white lady who was smoking outside scoffed and said oh my gosh while looking at me, it was really weird but I ignored it. The Asian guy asked me what I wanted to get and then when I said I wanted a moment to decide, he proceeded to tell me that they were all tired and wanted to close soon so I should hurry up. Mind you I came in at 1:35 pm and they close at 3:00 pm according to Google. I ended up not getting anything and left. As I left I heard the same lady telling another lady who was coming in , “she’s leaving” which made me understand that they were all workers there and didn’t want me to order anything. My whole appetite was ruined just because I craved a bagel. Manhattan bagel , please hire better people who aren’t this rude to customers out of the blue. Now I know to go somewhere else if I ever wanted a bagel.

Went in this morning to pick up my bagel I ordered online. Unknowingly was at the wrong location.. no problem. I go in to let them know I’m hear to pick up my order and the older Asian guy who I spoke with was extremely rude !!!! I’m very appalled that Manhattan Bagel would have someone with so little customer service employed for them. He tells me “they don’t do online orders or phone, he can’t help me your at the wrong location” I then ask him what location is this he says “3526 West Chester Pike I can’t help you” and flags me away. Another lady (who was pleasant and I’m sure noticed how rude he was being asks me does it say what shopping center. Before I could answer he puts his hand up and says “I got this” and begins to again tell me he can’t help me. I’m not sure what kind of racists establishment this is but I am disgusted with the treatment I received today. I did tell him he is in a customer service establishment and he needs to act like it. I know all Manhattan Bagels don’t carry this same lack of customer service. I will NEVER return to this location and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this.

My favorite Bagel shop!! Manhattan Bagel’s are always freshly made and delicious. The perfect bagel outside of New York City.Right level of density, flavorful, and they have all of the other accompaniments such as cream cheese, and toppings for bagel sandwich’s.

Quite frankly I can only imagine that this is a franchise location that is an embarrassment to the entire company. They're not friendly and they do not care about the quality of the food that they are putting out. Wrapping a croissant in tin foil and then pressing it down does very bad things for your sandwich. Serving hash browns that are a lethargic White and glistening with oil could only mean that the oil was not up to temperature before they were put in. I've attached before and after pictures of the hash browns, the after pictures are after 15 minutes of my home air fryer to actually cook them. Probably the simplest thing on the menu that came straight out of a bag was screwed up.
