Newtown Square Pizza

I rarely write reviews, but this was truly awful. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The whole thing looked like it was prefabricated and shipped frozen to the store. I ordered a large margarita (actually spelled that way on the menu) with extra basil. The premade crust was the worst part—stiff, flat, and bland. The cheese was barely melted and solidified into solid discs that fell off when you took a bite. The only thing “extra” about the basil was the price, $2.50 for the few pieces you see in the photo. I can’t believe they charged $23.84 for this thing. I will never go back. Outrageous!

I love this family owned pizza place! I was picking up our lunch but my baby was asleep in the car. The girl at the desk was so sweet to run our food out to us so the baby didn’t wake up. I love their mini pizza for lunch, giant pizzas for parties, and their chicken finger platter is delicious!!!

Ordered a cheesesteak with provolone n fried onions. It wasn’t bad at first. Until I chewed on something hard in my bite. I spit out what was clearly a meat bone shard. I get things like that happen. It was the first time I’ve ever encountered a bone in a cheesesteak and it was the last time I’ll be ordering from there.

Pizza is subpar. Even worse is the owner and people behind the counter. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better.

The food is always good but the service behind the counter or the ones who answer the phone are awful. My family usually order from here every Friday but after today I don’t think we will be using them ever again. I asked for a hamburger medium and the kid on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. I asked to speak to a manager and they just gave the phone to another kid, I asked to speak to the manager from him and they gave me an older sounding kid. All I wanted to do was make sure the order was correct since the last kid I talked to sounded like his mind was blown and thankfully I asked cause, the pepperoni Stromboli I ordered some how was a pepperoni cheese steak. Then the manager was nice and said I would get a $10 discount for the confusion told me the total and it was more then it was on GRUB HUB even after the fees. So as I said the food always taste good but the service is awful and I think they might have just lost a customer who regularly ordered from there every Friday for years.

Got pizza the other night when power was out in Broomall and we couldn’t order from our regular spot. The pizza was awful! No flavor to the dough, minimal sauce, cheese was weird. And for the price? The pizzas were so tiny!! Wouldn’t order from here again!

My favorite go to pizza or sandwich restaurant in worcester area. The customer service is always great, the prices are fair and the food is fantastic. Highly recommend Newton Square Pizza over any alternatives in the area, my friends always ask to order from here when they are visiting.

Wanted to try something new other than my usual pizza option. Meatball Stromboli. Dough had no seasoning and not even crispy. Sauce was bland. Meatball had no taste. Didn’t even finish it. Only ended up having the cheese fries. Had a $10 off coupon so wrong timing to use it. Doubtful to really know what to order from here anymore.

It's no longer the pizza place i used to go to growing up around here...... that's all I'm gonna say it's just not good anymore.... it happens i guess

No place to sit but if you order a take out/delivery it’s nothing

Parking: No much place to park. Pretty busy because shared with other places such as An ice cream place and a Laundromat.

Love this pizza, Its not greasy, The dough consistency is wonderful, it's thicker but aerated so it's light on the bread. The crust is wonder, I also eat it, it tastes like it's flavored. And the sauce and the cheese amount is just right.
