The fish is always of a very high quality. The sushi rice varies from good some days to average other days (when average it appears to be slightly undercooked). My opnion only.
I finally made it to Otaka Sushi and Ramen and it was fantastic! Our group of four came to celebrate a birthday. We were seated in the window nook, a lovely spot. Our server, Yuri, was wonderful; attentive but gave us time to peruse the menu (and catch up). She offered to take a picture for us and they provided candles for dessert!

The sushi is fantastic, fresh, and delicious, including the spicy crab and salmon rolls, gyoza, avocado salad, and sashimi. The ramen is pleasant with a smooth and spicy broth. The service is always welcoming and quick. It is reasonably priced for its top-tier quality, making it a favorite spot that is highly recommended.
