Super clean, awesome staff, & sandwiches are always great. Skip the line at the deli & grab your fresh cold cuts and some pepper shooters (yes, they slice it to go)

Wednesday employees. Are bad. And unfriendly. The owner should have more people on if they can’t keep up. 40 minutes wait for a hoagie? FOH. Never going back.

Sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. The dining area is always clean. Ross is always very helpful and always strikes up nice conversations with customers while they are there. Makes you want to come back again and again.

I stopped here on the way back from the Phillies game on 7/5. I called when I was about five minutes out, and they told me it would be a 30-minute wait. When I arrived, there were no other customers inside—so I’m guessing they were working on a big order. No big deal—they ended up making my sandwich in about 10 minutes.
I ordered a side of long hots, and the portion was huge, which was a nice surprise.
The only downside: when I got home and unwrapped the sandwich, I noticed the meats were sliced way too thick for my taste. I prefer them razor thin, like they do at Primo’s in Exton. That makes a big difference to me, so I’ll be sticking with the Exton location going forward.

Ordered online and it was accepted and charged my credit card but when I arrived power was out. They saw my order knew they couldn’t make it and did not notify me. How is that at all quality service???

I just found out this Primo's opened recently and what a pleasant surprise. I stopped in last week and got a sharp Italian. It was perfect. The guy that made my hoagie was friendly. Tons of parking and very easy to get in and out.

Love the new Primo's in Edgemont/Newtown Square!!! We had an event recently for our daughter's communion, and Ross and the team knocked it out of the park with the party tray we ordered. The place is fantastic, and Ross runs a great operation over at the new Primos in Edgemont! I highly recommend them!!!! They won't disappoint!!!!

Discover PrimoHoagies on West Chester Pike in Newtown Square – A True Philly Classic
If you’re craving authentic Philly-style sandwiches, PrimoHoagies in Newtown Square is a must-visit. Located right on West Chester Pike, this neighborhood gem delivers bold flavors, premium ingredients, and the kind of hoagies that keep you coming back for more.
We dove into a mouthwatering lineup starting with their signature Italian Hoagie—packed with a perfect blend of prosciutto, capicola, salami, and sharp provolone, all layered on that famous seeded roll. The Turkey and Cheese Hoagie was stacked high and super fresh, perfect for a lighter but still satisfying option.
For hot sandwich lovers, the Meatball Hoagie brought the heat with rich tomato sauce and tender meatballs that felt like a homemade classic. And of course, we couldn’t skip the Philly Cheesesteak with Whiz—a cheesy, indulgent masterpiece that lives up to the city’s rep.
Bonus: Don’t sleep on their Italian Hoagie-flavored potato chips—a crunchy, craveable side that perfectly matches the vibe of your hoagie feast.
Whether you’re a longtime fan or trying Primo’s for the first time, this location in Newtown Square delivers high-quality hoagies and that unmistakable Philly flavor every time.

Got there almost at closing, wondering if I could still get a decent sandwich. Pleasantly surprised by the service, attitudes, and quality of the food.
We enjoy eating out. Last night we arrived in this fine restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful evening there with very good dishes and an experienced team and a distinguished cuisine. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall definitely return very soon. We deeply recommend.
They make a great lettuce wrap. Any sandwich you want wrapped in lettuce. For the GF person.
I had the Diablo Italian Hoagie, and it was absolutely amazing! It was very spicy but not overwhelmingly, each ingredient had a kick but proportionately. All around excellent, took a little long though, for 2 sandwiches... but I am a former G.M from Jimmy John's and I can make a delicious 24 second sandwich.
