I went here yesterday for a last minute cake purchase for a birthday. They had a few cakes to choose from offered chocolate chip and chocolate cake. I took the 7 inch cake. The customer service was very good. The younger girl that waited on me was very accommodating even offering to hold the door for me leaving the shop. I also purchased one pound of cookies . Only tired three types of cookies house made chocolate chip , butter cookies with cherries and pecan bars. The cookies were so hard and stale it was unfortunate for 17.95 a lb. I have to point out that this shop is super dingy. It needs a good scrubbing and some updates. I have been in here before and each time I think the same thing. 62 years in business I guess that's when the wood paneling was installed. I gave two stars for the customer service. All of the girls in the store were helping other customers and went above and beyond. As for the quality of the baked goods one star is generous. 17.95 in the trash ... stale cookies. All in 53.00 for what I bought. I can only hope the cake wasn't stale too. I dropped it off where i was going. Do better Weinrich.

Really wanted to like this bakery based on reviews and friendly staff. But just not that great. Specifically got a cake and just dry and not flavorful. Maybe the other food items are good. But if you’re looking for a cake definitely don’t come here. Whole Foods has much better cakes and for cheaper surprisingly. Also a bunch of other nearby cake shops that know how to make cakes better.

Beautiful birthday cake to celebrate my 75 th. I was very happy with every cake I tried from this bakery in the search for the one ! It was a tough decision, but this strawberry shortcake won. Everyone at the party raved about it and asked where it was from.You may have some new customers.Thank you for your guidance in helping me choose the perfect cake. Weinrich is my new favorite bakery.

I ordered a cake for Halloween. I ordered a layer cake with chocolate cake, chocolate pudding filling, vanilla icing and coconut on the outside … topped with a Jack-O-Lantern ?. It may have been the best cake I have ever had. Delicious!
Just got home from picking up halloween rice krispie treats and cookies, they are hard as ROCK! 4 rice krispies and 4 cookies for $28..waste of money when a kid would not even be able to eat it. The sugar cookies are tasteless too. Their made to order cakes are delicious but any bakery items that are not in an enclosed case always are hard as a rock.

I attended a Halloween party last weekend. One of the ladies brought boxes of Phillies themed cupcakes and cookies from this bakery. I didn't try a cupcake but I did eat not one, but two cookies! They were incredible!! I love cookies. I try them everywhere I go! These cookies were so good!! They were seriously the perfect cookie! Because of that I had to share that information here!
