IF YOU ARE A DOORDASH DRIVER OR CUSTOMER, TURN YOUR BACK AND RUN! Very slow service for Doordash. They often ignore the orders. Today I came in, not very busy, told them the name for the order and was told the drinks were ready, but the food was still being made. The food was pre-packaged from the cooler, so I was a little confused why it needed to be made and just waited. 15 minutes later, no movement, manager was walking by and I asked for an update on the order, I show it to him, and he went to start grabbing it from the cooler. 5 minutes later, no return. I just left. Don't order here on Doordash or any of the platforms, you'll be facing a significant delay.

As someone who is GF I have to say the gluten free bagel was almost inedible. My problem is this...I know going into it that GF isn't going to be amazing but as a bagel place that's main focus is bagels you would think they would attempt to make a decent GF bagel. It was the worst I've ever had by a mile. It tasted like it was frozen, it was hard as a rock even toasted, pale in color, had no flavor and turned to crumbs when you bit into it. The regular bagels I was told were delicious and my coffee was delicious, so I don't want to bash the place but if you can't make a good GF bagel, take it off the menu because it's a huge disappointment when you pay more money for GF just to have it be gross, maybe taste the product for yourselves before you serve it, because it was really terrible. They should reconsider the recipe moving forward, it was that bad.

I had the classic smoked salmon on and everything bagel not toasted. I believe a bagel should stand on its own and should not need to be toasted if it's truly awesome. Tobago was extremely good. In general the sandwich is very good; however, does sliced tomatoes were just so so it being August the tomatoes should have been perfect.

Ok, rent high, wages high but $16.00 for a sandwich? Got the pastrami Reuben and was the lowest quality, thick cut, fatty pastrami! Tossed most out. Not their fault but wayyyy much food for a 6” diameter roll. First sandwich months ago was ok. A waste of money this round

I prefer this place to king of Prussia one, better in every way, nicer employees too, Couple Examples: when I ask for 2x toast bagel, I get it here but never at KOP, employees here efficiently working and focus on work and customers but in KOP they always seem distracted and chatting while working. I have been multiple times at both locations and believe me night and day difference, this place deserves a 5 star, the other one at King of Prussia barely deserves 3 stars. All employees here great, I only know Sam’s name because he works at register but they all really good

If you know what a good NY bagel is like....or Original Bagel....you will be disappointed. Bagels are too skinny and dense. Atmosphere great tho.
